I forgot this store was here on 87th street but I just pulled up it says it closes at 9pm on Friday and it was 8: 38pm when I pulled up and to my suprise the door was locked and the gates were pulled half across to door. If it says open until 9pm I don't expect a business to be closed 20 minutes before... no good 😕

They never open at 10am. Have people waiting outside at 10:12 an employee comes to the door to say we’ll be open in a few minutes

Terrible literally 6:44pm store says it closes at 7pm I’m walking to the door with my daughter to get told they aren’t allowing anyone in when as i parked at 6:43pm i seen 3 females walking from the car walking into store but was not told by whomever is at front door swiping hand across neck stating no closed. It’s now 6:48pm and I’m leaving this review. If a store is to close at 7pm then 7pm is when you stop letting others in not 6:44 after allowing 3others to walk in at 6:43. ??

I initially went to the Rainbow in Hammond, IN it was fabulous! I was able to walk around and find the things I was looking for. The store was clean and not cluttered. I had to exchange an item. That bought me to the city on 87th Street which took my review down a star. It was too much stuff in there. Only the salesperson knew where to find the item and it took her a few minutes. It's junky and cluttered! They need to restock and remove some stuff and save it for later, but they did have what I was looking for in my size and color. I found some nice things. I was surprised and satisfied.

Customer service is poor at these stores, they failed to remove sensors, charged wrong prices and treated like it was my fault after being inconvenienced and having to waste time and gas to return. You get what you pay for, sadly we accept this poor service and treatment in our community.

This store is so attractive.When you enter you have like a "mall" experience, and you able to walk through the store absolutely NO CLUTER, I'm able to get what I want and more.
