Had a exchange, when I went to register rep act like it was a problem. I asked "you don't want me to exchange " so unprofessional! She responded no you can. Didn't find anything I liked so I asked for store credit I didn't know until a couple days ago that after 7days no return only store credit which was ok i haven't bought anythingfrom Rainbowin years. I asked rep can someone come in with store credit to purchase something? Security guard at front start laughing out loud I asked are you laughing at me he replied " no something else " yeah right you were laughing at me. Rep replied your Id is required with store credit . I stated was just asking I don't shop at Rainbow so I didn't know. Ghetto from the time I walked in

So I just left this location very uncomfortable because a misunderstanding about a question I asked my husband turned into me being berated and overhearing employees talk about how if I'd gotten beat up they would have recorded the interaction and sent it to one another because someone took me asking my husband where the clothes for skinny people at as a dig at them. I find it very unprofessional the way I was treated and spoken on like I wasn't even in the room. Shop where you want just be aware. 10/10 Rainbow.
