This place is the best!! Their cognac cigars are the only thing I'll smoke anymore. Customer Service is ALWAYS TOP NOTCH!! And sometimes they'll throw in a free cigar. I tell all my friends about Ralph's and they have a Customer for life!! Keep up the great job! ?

Parking is questionable. You really have 2b mindful of the parking traps around the establishment. Once inside, the service is excellent, and selection & pricing are reasonable. Hang out is comfy, local crew friendly. Gr8 place to enjoy your smokes & talk politics, food, & bars.

Unfortunately, what began as a well-intended, big-hearted gesture from my son, sending a gift of special cigars, turned into a comedy of errors by inept employees, including two ‘managers’ at Ralph’s Cigars. First, the order was for 4 cigars, paid for, but only 3 were delivered. 2nd, when Ralph’s was called and asked to provide a refund for the 1 missing cigar, after having to call to remind a manager to follow-up on her promise to do so the following day, an email was finally sent from Ralph’s specifying that $0.00 was being refunded. When Ralph’s was called and their errors recounted to another manager, she claimed two emails were sent, one incorrectly stating a zero refund, the other ‘correcting’ the error. We’re still waiting for that 2nd email, much less the refund. Not sure whether Ralph’s is a scam organization or pathetically unprofessional. To make matters worse, for what it’s worth, Ralph’s never responded to a text in which I asked for ingredients in their mint chocolate cognac infused cigars. Further, management WAS informed of their multiple screw-ups and offered a refund if the cigars were returned. In subsequently reading reviews critical of this sorry company, I fully expect a lame reply to this critical post, yet my advise would be to steer as far away from this establishment as possible. Last, because we’ve wasted SO much time, I do not intend to send back & seek a refund at this point due to not being able to bear the thought of chasing after these fools further. You’ve heard, ‘Fool me once, fool me twice,…’Gonna trash cigars too, as Ralph’s Cigars remains quite suspect.
