Outstanding service shop. They were critical in diagnosing a problem with the AC for an Audi I was purchasing. Got me in and out in 3 hours. Owner is top notch, explained everything to me and gave me ac heads up on some things I’ll need to put on a maintenance plan.

Randy and his team are great people! Got body work done on my x5 with various collision repairs front and rear and all lower trim paint matched. Truck came out beautiful and I'm super happy with my experience! Highly recommend for any auto body or repair needs!

I'm pleased with the auto care up to now, so let's see what happens next.
I live a good distance from this shop, so I have to wait for my vehicle. The small waiting room and the volume of cigarette smoke are the only drawbacks, at this point.

LOST MY CAR KEYS
Drove a hour away after work to this shop after having previous work done on my old vehicle in 2020-21. I’m having calipers, rotors and brakes installed. They call me and said I brought the wrong parts, pay us $50 and come pick up the car. Randy says I’ll leave the key underneath the steering wheel column (I have two sets of keys and a steering wheel lock) I drive down to pick my car up 08/09 8pm the doors were locked and I left my second set of keys home. I drove back home same 1hr drive. I come back the next morning on Sunday and unlock the car with my set of keys I brought from home. I search when I get in the car for the keys and they’re no where to be found. I reach out to them in regard to this and I’m told “well Randy said he put them in there, this has never happened before.” I understand Randy said he put the keys in there but they’re not in my vehicle. I tried starting my vehicle without my second set of keys being in side and my car says “key fob not detected”. I’ve searched under carpet, in the gas cap, trunk etc everywhere the key could be. Keep in mind this is my NEW CAR I purchased the week prior & I just wanted to upgrade the brakes system to Brembos. My car key has my steering wheel lock on it (people like to steal the car I own). My keys appear lost at this point I asked what are you guys going to do about it and the lady asked me “what would you do?” “Randy said he put it in there and he’s sure he did”. I told her I would do right by my customer. She said that would be up to Randy and I ask to speak to him and she said he was busy. That was on 8/19 yes they’ve been “looking for my key” for over 2 weeks 08/23 and still no resolution or follow-up. I asked her so what do you guys want me to do just deal with it huh? Very poor customer service and lost my car key and refusing to replace.

NEVER AGAIN
I’ve been coming here for about a year. Never had a problem, usually gets my vehicle in and in out in about 2 days. This last time I send my car, they had it for 3 weeks and did not work. We called everyday & they claimed they were working on it, but they were not. I had to come get my vehicle because it was there for 3 weeks. They tired to tell me they work doing the work but you can clearly see the problem was not fix. My car is actually missing parts now.

It really breaks my heart to write this review because I trusted them with two of my cars for almost 2 years, but this very last situation was the worst customer service I ever experienced in my life, and I have to share to prevent someone else from going through what I just went through with this business! They had my car for almost 3 1/2 weeks. I had to reach out every single time to inquire about what was actually wrong with my car. I never received an invoice or even an understanding of the work that they were due to complete. This was very unusual because All of my previous accounts with them did not go this way once I questioned why my vehicle was there for so long and why I did not receive a service plan or action plan on what they will be doing to fix the vehicle they became offended. I explained that I was spending thousands of dollars on rental cars due to my car being in their possession for almost 3 weeks and they were offended. Randy told me he did not want to work on my car anymore and to pick it up without completing any work without confirming, what was wrong and very rudely, even though I was not rude on any of the phone calls I made. Even worse, I live an hour away from this business and was forced to go into emergency mode to ensure that my car was going to be safe because they did not assure me that my car would be left safely for pick up. I had to spend $250 on a tow truck to tow the vehicle from this business back to my home. I will never go there again and I advise those who like to call in and inquire about their vehicle if it's been held for three weeks without an invoice being sent out, not to come here either!

I just passed this place today and it brought memory how it ripped me off. Spent almost $2000 for transmission replacement among other repairs only for my car to stop working in less than six months. They may temporarily fix your problem but it won’t last. I never took another car there again.

Customer service is terrible. Owner was too busy and would not take the time to answer any of my questions. He wanted to brag about having 25 cars he’s working on versus taking time out to answer questions about my one car.
