The staff is very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, offering good service and respecting your space. They assist in finding records and offer trade-ins for cash or credit. Some note the inventory can be inaccurate and wish it was as big as other locations, but it remains a loved, dope spot and a morbid wonderland for collectors to check out.
