The food is insanely expensive but pretty simple. Edible at least. The service was so bad. We had to flag our server down every time. I have no idea where he was. Food took a long time to come out.

Waited 45-50 mins to be seated in an EMPTY restaurant. Appetizers came out in a reasonable amount of time. However, we waited over an hour for our entrees, and weren’t the only ones. Another family walked out without paying after waiting over an hours for their meals that never came. 2 out of 4 entrees were cold and incorrect when they did arrive. Never received our side dishes, drinks and were informed by management there was only ONE cook that showed up for work today (24-MAR-2024). Our waitress, Brianna was very nice and apologetic for the inconveniences that were obviously not her fault, but her efforts were appreciated.

Worst experience ever. It took an hour to be seated, almost 2 hours to get food and the food was absolutely unacceptable, the shrimp scampi was dried out, lobster tail had shriveled

To my last visit, the quantity seems to be less and the service seems to be lacking.

I haven’t been here in a few years due to a bad experience. But it was my mother-in-law’s birthday and this is where she wanted to eat. The place was clean, no fishy smell walking in, we were greeted by a very nice hostess.Jessica was our server she was very kind and attentive throughout our meal. Now to the food…. I thought food was okay. My mother-in-law liked her food. They have a $25 endless shrimp options that a couple at our table ordered but then were too full to get anything else. The biscuits were very good! We were there early around 11:40 and there was no waiting!I have to say that they have to fix their bathrooms. They were clean but they had a broken soap dispenser and toilet paper holder.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I arrived at this restaurant at 10:10 and was not allowed in. Their website says they close at 11:00 and the kitchen closes at 10:30, I got that information from when I called. My family and I drove 30 minutes and are not from here and wanted to enjoy a nice dinner but couldn't do so. I think it is ridiculous they supposedly close at 11:00 but actually don't because we weren't allowed in and arrived earlier than that. They should change their hours online so this doesn't happen to anyone else.

Fatty filet mignon. Taste like hockey puck. My chicken in my pasta was all gristle. Gross! And missed my order noted for pick up. Over priced. Rude staff.

The hostess was rude and I left after being told we had to wait two hours and thirty minutes even though that would be closing time. I will not be returning.

If I could give half of a star, I would. First of all, this place is a DUMP. The bathrooms were destroyed, no working soap dispensers, nothing. Security was a joke, had rock music on his headphones with the music so loud that he had to pause his music to hear me talking to him. We waited an hour to be seated, even though 75% of the restaurant was empty because there were only 2 servers available. We placed our orders as soon as we were seated, and still waited an hour and a half for our food to come out. Everything came out in pieces so nobody’s meals could even be eaten together. On top of that, 50% of the food was incorrect. By the time majority of the correct stuff came out, we were already ready to go. The food was NOT good or even worth the wait whatsoever. It even took 20 minutes just to get the check. We got there at 5:00 and left at 8:30 extremely unsatisfied. The sad part is that this also happened on Mother’s Day, and we gave them the benefit of the doubt of it being a busy day, but nope. It happened again on a regular Sunday. This place just sucks. Our server, Diamond, was so sweet despite the chaos, but the bartender had a disgusting attitude, the manager was going off on the cooks, and the cooks were storming out the doors one by one. Our table was by the kitchen so we heard EVERYTHING. Very unprofessional and undesirable atmosphere. Not sure how this place is even still open..PS, they are not handicap friendly. No automatic open/close doors and none of the staff willing to help either. My 8 year old had to open the door for a woman in a wheelchair who dined by herself and was struggling to leave.

Listen these ppl soooo silly having ppl waiting 2 hours to seat ppl when they barely have customers there. Then they say “Oh we don’t have a bartender to seat ppl at the bar! How are you running this restaurant? All the employees should be ashamed of themselves on how this place is run? please hire better management, servers, cooks, and bartenders! The north location is better? The staff is rude asl and disappear from the front period?

For the 2nd time, I arrive at this restaurant and get told the wait is 40 minutes. Both times close to an hour and a half passes by, just to be told that there’s two parties ahead, even though there was plenty of empty tables when we got there. NOOOOOOOOO!!! Don't go here!!! There was a bad smell immediately upon walking in the restaurant. If you like good customer service, or people who make sense, PLEASE stay away.We got there at 9:54pm. I walked in. Looked around for a few minutes. Security was at the takeout window talking to the manager. Neither man spoke to us. I attempted to go seat myself since no one said anything and That is when the manager spoke to us. He said even though the restaurant was 90% open, he only had 2 workers available. He said we would be seated in about 30 mins, but we may not be able to eat. He said we may not he able to eat because his cooks may be behind. I told him if we're seated before 10:30pm, we should be able to eat. The manager said "I'm not sure".....such a mess.We decided to go to the Red Lobster in Oak Lawn. Much, much better experience.Parking: Lots of parking because nobody wants to eat here.

We had reservations at the 5201 S. Pulaski location. It wasn’t even busy and still had to wait a long time to be seated. If you’re not going to honor the reservations on time you all need to take it off y’all website. This the second time I’ve been here in a month and the same thing happened again with the wait time so irritating.
