Walmart delivery service 3rd party is horrible, they are lazy! They will give you substitutions even when walmart is fully stocked. Or you order sugar free they give you it with sugar. You order Spring water they will give you Purified water Call the 800 number they don't give you anything for the trouble you went through they say they're gonna credit your groceries back sometimes you get it all your money back and sometimes you don't this is the worst service ever! I broke my knee in 3 places and need a delivery service this is the only reason why I started shopping home delivery This was the worst mistake ever!

I have been to a Walmart in multiple states and this is one of the worst. It's crowded with what seems like 100 employees, and most of them appeared to be standing around talking or laughing or just generally in the way or watching you, and some of them are rude. I was going to the self checkout and a security guard held up his hand in a stop motion shaking his head... WHO DOES THAT? If the section is closing just say that. I'm a human being and if you presume I can hear or even read lips it takes no time at all to say this section is closed in the first place. This location is not well kept, there is junk everywhere even in the early morning hours. Clearly they do not straighten up a single thing before going home at night and as I walked by the restrooms a very stinky smell assaulted my nose. The refrigerated sections barely seem to be keeping the food cool but they don't have to worry about me eating anything from there ever again.

If you go here hopefully you don't need assistance because team lead Kenya is no help. She rude and disrespectful and if she doesn't like her job maybe she shouldn't work there! An employee ask for help to override something for us and she said go to another line rolled her eyes and walk off. employee already scan all are things and we needed to manually enter our card info! Thanks to Anthony that over heard and ended up helping us!

Like usual, the store is crowded. I also had some time in the parking lot, but eventually found a spot to park. I do not always go to this store, and I just visited it to buy some supplies that I needed, particularly for arts and crafts, and also had to buy groceries as well. I bought groceries first. The store is crowded, and most of the selections are already a mess, but there are still a lot of stocks. I do not have a problem with the groceries I bought. Everything that I needed is available, including its particular local brand and just about everything else. The prices are reasonable as well. There is a sign of low prices everywhere inside, and I think it is true because the prices are all really reasonable. I was done with my groceries when I realized that most of the products, I bought were fresh and of good quality. The arts and crafts selections are also a bit disorganized, but I don't mind because the most important thing to me is that I get to choose from a variety of options and everything has a pretty and interesting design. It would be a great help to me, and I definitely like it. The checkout had a really long line, which was not a shock to me, and instead I patiently waited, even if it took a long time. The products here are good and affordable. I do not have a problem with their products, but their service is really sometimes on the down side.

It was a hassle to park my car when I came here because they have no vacant parking . There are a lot of cars there. When I enter there are a lot of customers. It's the weekend so there are a lot of people buying their groceries. Some of the products that I want are not available and some are already sold. Even though they have many products in their inventory, they are already sold immediately. I asked one of the staff if they had a stack of the products that I wanted but he told me that they were already sold and they don't have them in their food storage. I only bought some chips and cookies. They have a long line at the counter so I wait almost 15 minutes before my turn. I had a hassle and tiring experience in this store.

What the!!! Crowded. Unorganized carts are all over the parking lot. The lot is a mess. I almost got hit twice! I can just imagine what this place will look like around Christmas. I will never come here again.

They deny entrance 10 minutes before closing. Just needed to grab 1 thing. Frustrating and would be nice to have a warning posted somewhere.

This is just your typical Walmart with employees that work hard to keep the shelves stocked, keep ghetto people calm, and clean up after our mess, in one word: WILD! All these reviews complaining about this store and COVID protocols etc.. if your scared of COVID then stay home and shop from home. But if you need anything at a good price then buckle up and get your shopping on at your local neighborhood Walmart!

Zero stars if i could! Employees who work there are incompetent. If you don't like your job, then don't work there. It shouldn't be a hassle to look for something in the back just in case you have it. Specially if it says you have it in stock on the app. I work in retail and i go check regardless. 8 times out 10 i find stuff they are looking for. You must forget that thanks to us, the customers, you get a paycheck.

I came into this Walmart to get some medications from the pharmacy on a Wednesday afternoon. The pharmacy was great and the pharmacist really sweet. That said, the actual Walmart store was kind of a let down. It just reminded me of KMart. It was bland, boring and kind of meh. The men's clothing selections were limited. The grocery area unkempt and the housewares generic. I will say they had a nice electronics department.,I guess I was expecting more from this Walmart. I will come back again and if things improve, I will absolutely update my review. I took a picture and posted it with this review.

I tried to go to this store yesterday... Big mistake. I turned around and left as soon as I walked in. Besides customers I saw employees not wearing appropriate face coverings. People were jammed into the store. There was no one at the front keeping track of the number of customers entering the store, as most other stores are. It was just pure chaos.

If your intent on contracting covid-19, spend some time at this Walmart on Diversey, just east of Cicero! Besides the over crowdedness, there were shoppers without masks, SEVERAL shoppers not covering their noses, just mouths, including the staff/workers & no enforcement of distancing, particularly in the vastly understaffed check out lines!! This Walmart is one big petri dish of a super spreader! It's not worth going here to save 50 cents on an item!!!!!

Worst Walmart I've ever been to. Waited over a half an hour to try on clothes at the fitting room while they tried to find someone with a key to the doors. Asked several associates for help and they kept passing the question off to other people. Ended up not being able to try on the clothes and leaving without buying a thing. And worst thing was I really needed these clothes to prepare for a "surprise visit" at my work by the big bosses. Will never return here.
