The rooms are small, which favors the acoustics and creates a cozy, realistic atmosphere. It has a bar and on-site parking, and is part of a complex under construction. The staff is very polite and helpful. However, some areas feel a little grimy and not well kept, with notes about popcorn between seats, sticky tables, and bathrooms needing a deep clean. The popcorn itself is often criticized for being cold and not fresh, and they only serve Pepsi. Despite some upkeep issues, it remains a theater of choice for many.
