I had an online savings account with a high yield. Misleading and bad communication earned this review. I would stay away from this bank regardless of the high interest rate.

On a busy Saturday there we’re only 2 personal tellers, one of which who could not help because her computer not working (very odd for a bank to unable to access another computer/resolve the issue asap).

Services are slow. Staff less courteous (as per service industry norm) except for the lady sitting on right side reception. She is always ready to help with smiling face.

To say that the employees, management included, at this branch are incompetent would be an understatement. The lack of intelligence, attentiveness, and customer service is mind-boggling, as is their ability to conduct a simple transaction. Considering the ratio of staff to customers, i.e., they don't have many patrons, you think there would be more efficiency and streamlined continuity toward customer needs, but you will be sorely disappointed if you have any expectation from this bank other than a cup of sub-par coffee.

Took over my old bank. Every month there are unauthorized charges for services not even rendered. Had check scanners from the old bank-which I hadn't used in a few months. They were supposed to pick them up after they tried to charge crazy high fees that were not charged before. They didn't show up the day they were supposed to pick up & keep charging me monthly for services not rendered. i would have closed my account months ago, but I have electronic deposits that take over a month to switch. Can't wait for the the paperwork to go through so I can leave these guys! Don't trust a single word they say!
