They definitely stay very busy, but they will take care of you. Even though they were not able to fix my laptop, they did not charge me for the diagnostics. CPR is honest and means well!

What a great neighborhood business! Much easier to get into than the Apple Store. Just walk in the door! Very honest. If they can fix your problem - they provide great service. If your phone is irreparable - they charge you nothing.

All the stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My iPhone screen was shattered. I didn’t have a current backup and could not save anything without my screen being active. I first took it to Apple because I have AppleCare - they looked at it and told me they could not fix it and could not save my data or pictures. CPR Cell Phone Repair was able to temporarily replace my screen so that I could back up my phone and then replace it at Apple. I can’t recommend this place highly enough.

While they were fast, my phone has been damaged and acting up nonstop since getting the screen replaced. When getting my screen replaced, they asked for my passcode to my phone which I thought was odd. Ever since, it sound like one of the speakers is punctured. It sounds like it's in a pool of water every time I turn up the volume to the point where I can't even listen to anything from my phone without headphones on which is insane. It completely goes unusable as if I'm locked out for 10 minutes at a time - God forbid I'm in danger and need to use my phone. The screen pressed random things by itself, scrolls by itself, opens random apps, turns on and off on its own. I had NONE of these issues before the screen replacement. My phone fell just from my couch to the wood floor face down and there's HUGE BRIGHT LINE all the way down the screen now from ONE little drop?? Now it constantly overheats bc it's a cool colored extremely bright white light line, I can't charge it and use it at the same time bc it overheats. I can't do the most basic functions because the screen tweaks so hard. It's an iPhone 15 pro that I can't upgrade or replace until it's paid off. I can't even text without using siri or use any of my apps bc it keeps scrolling on its own.

Super efficient, kind & competent staff! I dropped my iPhone 13 and the screen went completely black, no notifications/sounds coming through at all. They did the diagnostic test and replaced the battery all within less than 2 hrs for just under $100 after tax. I was so worried I was going to have to go to the Apple Store and spend a bunch of money but this place saved me from having to do that!
