The staff are very rude, disrespectful and shout. When we ask something, they give a sweat answer, shame on you, shame on you, shame on you, they work hard, they get paid, do they deserve the money they get like this, shame on you, they also pass a product 2.03 times, we came home and looked at the receipt, they passed a product 2.03 times, shame on you, I have nothing to say😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 It's like they're giving us free materials. We're buying materials with our own money. They're acting very harshly.

I’ve been trying to get chicken wings from this location for over a week, and the experience has been extremely frustrating. A staff member, who said her name was Jennifer (though I’m not even sure if that’s true), repeatedly gave false information about the stock for 3days. Today, I went to the store, found the wings in stock, and picked them up myself. To verify, I called the store number while I was still there and asked if they had the wings. She lied again, claiming they wouldn’t be available until Thursday or Friday! This dishonesty is unacceptable, especially for regular customers who rely on accurate information. Restaurant Depot needs to train their staff better and ensure they provide truthful and reliable service to customers and If employees like Jennifer aren’t willing to do their jobs properly, they shouldn’t be there.”

This locations receiving employees are rude. It’s just one of those places we as truckers sometimes end up locked. They try to worn you out waiting for dock door then miss your appoint ment schedule.

You know, it sucks going here because it's usually a big order for work. So it's physically demanding!
It's not where you would go for any quality ingredients. But as far as paper supplies and small wares, they have what you need. It's no longer the cheapest place either, but if you're in a pinch, they are here for you.

They really need to improve how they handle their products. The frozen croissants are always stuck together, which suggests they were thawed and refrozen—definitely not a good sign. I also bought a case of half and half, only to find it spoiled. This points to a problem with how quickly they’re unloading deliveries. Maybe shipments are sitting on the dock too long, and there isn’t anyone ensuring they’re handled properly.
This is particularly concerning because they supply local restaurants. It makes me wonder how they’re staying up to code. The situation there seems unsafe, and I think city inspectors should be keeping a closer watch. This place is in serious need of improvement.

Apt was 8am I got there at 7. It’s tight and tough to park but can be done especially if you’ve been doing this for a while. However. The lady at the front desk type in the numbers wrong and after 2 hours of waiting in the street for a dock I went back in to check. She made a mistake and it said no apt for my load. A 2nd gentleman came over and double checked and said I should have been unloaded. I’ll post the videos of how the employees are there with the exception of the gentleman who helped and was concerned. However. I didn’t leave til 235 pm. Videos are below so you tell me is she rude and if this is how customer service is supposed to be

I'm a trucker and the trucking industry is the lowest paid here in the United States because I happen to take a load to this place and those who receive it bribe you with food if you want to be unloaded before your appointment and don't settle for that afterwards They charge you lumper for unloading, the truth is it's a robbery here, don't come because you'll pay double and then they take as long as you have no idea, it's a very bad place to come to drop off cargo. Don't come here. ??????? ???????????????

All I will say is to the management to this place is that your policy should be changed to once you’re in the dock you should drop your trailer & park bcuz this place is not made for sleeper trucks. Super tight. It still will be tight but you’ll have a little less chance of hitting the truck next to you.

I do not recommend Restaurant Depot - delivery was a nightmare
I had to wait over 5 hours before someone showed up to pick up the goods. Check in 30 minutes before appointment. There was no information about the delay or apology. Additionally, the street where the company is located is very narrow and difficult to back up. Not to mention that I lost the whole day. This was the worst service I have ever dealt with. I will not use their services again and I advise others against it.

This is where dreams come to die. Always make sure to check expiration dates. I’ve gotten home with expired goods on multiple occasions. Produce quality is generally mediocre. Some employees are very helpful while others are entirely lackadaisical. I hate it here. But if you need bulk goods I’m not sure where else to go. If you know, please save me from having to go here ever again.

Very tight. Day cabs are having trouble, sleepers even more if the docks are busy. If there aren’t a lot of trucks it’s not bad. Once you’re in a door it doesn’t take too much time.
