The pharmacist man has alwaz been very nice to me. I haven't seen the young lady tht was working in there with him. She also was alwaz nice n polite! Now on the phone he has to call u back but never do. I'm not complaining he does get busy! PATIENCE♥️

The Pharmacy staff provided 5 star treatment, the clinic staff provided "A" typical inner city, rude, unprofessional, "I hate my job" behavior. If at all possible, try to go to the Robbins facility, it is like night and day, betwixed and between the 2 facilities! I feel so sorry for the pharmacy staff and the disrespectful, rude mistreatment they must abide, working in the Halsted location.

The elderly woman at the front desk is always angry and rude. My prescription has been ready on time once. They don't open until 10:30 but stil they typically are not ready to go at that time.
