Ordered a mattress and the delivery team was wonderful. Ridol called a week before to schedule delivery, left a courtesy call the day prior to confirm the window, and the delivery crew was early! They were in and out in less than 3 minutes. Would recommend!

The friendly company staff called me the week before they were going to deliver and gave me a choice of days to choose from. I chose a Monday, so they called Friday to let me know the window for delivery. I was called when they were 10 minutes out.They went above and beyond. Friendly, professional and efficient. This was the second time wehad them deliver to our home. I willnot hesitate to call them for all mydelivery needs.

I have had them deliver to my home 3 times recently. Excellent professional delivery people. I set up a time for delivery with the friendly office staff. They called me on the day of delivery and said they would be at my home in 10 minutes. The best delivery service we have hired.

Horrible service! Company used by mattress company. While having an issue with delivery service, advised driver was calling mattress company to deal with issue. Driver, Chris, said he had to leave after 15 minutes but said he would wait the 15 minutes...called him back after 9 minutes and he left said that he had to move onto his other deliveries. Advised I spoke with mattress company & he was to continue with delivery at my home. He said he would call to confirm. He never did either. When we (mattress company & I) called the driver he originally told the mattress company I refused service, and acknowledged that he left immediately after he agreed not to and never did any follow up calls to mattress company as he said he would. After he agreed to continue with delivery same day, he changed his mind & said he had a life & we would have to reschedule delivery. Also company does not do weekend delivery.

Avoid this place at ALL cost. When they do deliver furniture that needs assembly, you must watch them assemble everything. They will break furniture and will conceal that material fact. They broke the center support to a bed we bought, but because they would have had to disassemble and take it back, concealed the fact that they broke it.

Just had a full dining room set delivered from Ridol. I was worried because the company I ordered the set from was a nightmare to deal with, but Ridol was very professional. They were honest with me when I called about the delay due to Covid and explained the process of having to inspect each piece before delivery could be scheduled. They called me to schedule for the following week. I was told that they would call the day before delivery to give me a 4 hour window. They did just that. The two gentlemen that showed up to deliver my furniture, called when they were 10 minutes away and arrived during that 4 hour window. Both were very polite and did a fantastic job.
