Amazing customer service! He resized the new ring I got as an anniversary gift and gave my old wedding band a rodium bath to match the color exactly so I could wear them together. They look beautiful! Will always go back when I need my jewelry repaired or need to buy a new piece of quality jewelry.

We had diamond engagement ring made with harder to find blue diamonds, had to wait a bit on those but what a beautiful piece of jewelry. I would recommend Roberto's to anyone who needs to have a Craftsman make a ring.

I broke my lock and couldn’t get my bracelet to close. They took care of it in minutes and even polished it to make it look better than when I walked in. Also had a great selection of jewelry. Definitely know where I’ll be making my next purchase

Found our new jeweler. Our family has been a Sandburg Jewelry family for over 75 years and when they closed their doors we didn’t know where to go. We rolled the dice and used Roberto for a vintage Tiffany bracelet repair. Absolute fantastic and charge us $25. Tiffany quoted us $300 and they would have to ship it off to NY. So reasonable and trustworthy. You won’t be disappointed. Thanks Roberto!

My jeweler retired last month so I was looking for a place that can fix some broken necklaces. I live in the area and drove past Roberto’s so I figured I would give them a try.
