I was there at New Year’s Eve, and my biggest complaint was that they were moping the floors every 2 minutes. The floors were left slippery and wet, because they didn’t dry them. They charge you for water!! We asked “why do you charge for water?” and the waitress working at the bar wearing harry potter and a white tank top at 11:45 10/26/2024 said “deal with it”…. So rude and annoying! I was way too drunk and had already purchased multiple drinks… Why can’t I have an ice water?
