The food was excellent and so was the service. Went before going to see Hamilton and they were very prompt and helpful ensuring we left on time for the theater. Highly recommend!

Love! Love! Love! The food! Definitely chef kisses ?! They do offer valet parking. Considering that this place is very big (2 floors)...i didn't care that they placed us in the back by the kitchen...side eye; but our waiter was amazing! Very friendly and informative! Definitely would recommend! Family friend; but yet date night approved!

Oh my, where exactly can I start? I want to call this place a hidden gem by the way it's tucked away in the bottom corner of this office building in the middle of the loop. The ambiance is romantically cozy but yet still has that afterwork happy hour vibe. I dined here yesterday, which was Valentines. We were paired with our server by the name of Jay, and while I know you're probably blowing it off thinking that he is just another server, please do not. This man has to be Thee #1 server in the house, and if he isn't, the people around him need to remove their blind folds. I LOVE when you speak with your waiter, and they speak with so much passion about the restaurant and the menu. I'm intrigued by history and culinary backstorys about the places that I dine at and Jay was all in. He made some strong suggestions, but my mind was made up of being my first time at a Rose Bud establishment. We started off with drinks, but I couldn't move a step forward in the meal process without wine, I mean, Cmon, who dines at an Italian restaurant and doesn't have wine. I described to Jay the type of wine I liked and the kind of taste I was looking for. He explained to me that he knew exactly what I wanted, that was funny because I didn't know what it was I wanted. He brought me a sample of a red wine that hit me right in my taste buds, so I bought the bottle (QUILT). Jay was batting a thousand with me he couldn't miss. I ordered the spaghetti with meatballs, and he says, "Don't miss out on the sausage it's magnificent, so I ordered a side sausage, and im still thanking God on today that I did. I wanted to order just bread so I thought he says no im bringing you our garlic bread it'll change your life, and im here to testify that my life has been forever changed just from eating that bread. If you haven't gotten it yet get here to this restaurant the next time you decide you want to meet with friends or wine and dine your significant other, or as a matter of fact this is a great first date night restaurant to impress that new boo that you've been trying to get with and they've finally said yes to a night out. You'll thank me later.

Not a great experience honestly. First off, Our server tried to steer us away from their restaurant week menu by stating they didn’t if they were participating anymore. Secondly, the portions were cut if half if you ordered from restaurant menu. Example, the stuffed mushrooms were served in a large bowl but you only received two stuffed buttons mushrooms in the bowl. It looked silly. The cheesecake was cut in half by width. So we received a square of cheesecake with whipped cream covering the cute side. Fourth restaurant we visited for restaurant week and the only one to cut portions. It’s petty and cheap. If you don’t want to participate then don’t participate.

Our Server Jay is Excellent! Very Attentive, knows the menu from A-Z. Also recommended what we had for dinner. Would recommend him to friends and family. I have nothing negative to say about the ambience. It was perfect for a romantic dinner. Also their Drinks are on point will definitely come back .

I have dined at many of the Rosebud chain of restaurants and this is by far the absolute worst. Between the service and atmosphere I don't know what was worse. I will continue to dine at the others that I've had great experiences at but definitely will jot return to this location.

We went for the Chicago restaurant week menu. It’s definitely worth the price. The tiramisu is exceptionally aesthetic and tasty. The chicken sandwich was also delicious. The rest of the courses were pretty good but not exceptional. The service was on par with the price; we were given refills quite often but we waited for 20 minutes for the first course and no bread and butter were served. I doubt I would dine there again were I not for the $25 menu.
