This is the most racist place I ever been in they cater to the Hispanics if your black American or Caucasian do not go in in this store when you work in public service all people should be treated equally I asked the manager if he could give me a percentage off because the cord was not with the battery. Management Jesus stated that's the reason why it marked down No if it was marked down for that it should have stated missing item the reason it's marked down. It was marked down because it's been in the store so long. I've been shopping in retail for over 30 years secondly I was at the register my right by the security guard was standing right by the cash register where the Hispanic security guard lady was standing by the register as I Wrong my stuff up with the person. As I'm leaving at the store the security guard commented comment that you know she highlight the receipt. I stated no problem but she asked Asked can I open my bag why because I'm black American why do I need to open my back and you just let 3 Hispanic 2/15/25 11:45 am-12 pm one with tattoo over his face guys came up front with all the book packs full of merchandise she didn't ask them to open up their bags to check. Security guard Hispanic female with gray hair she let them walk out the store in the buzzer went off on all 3. This is double standards you cater to the Hispanics and treat paying Americans like criminals. And both store managers was very rude Jesus and the other manager one too as well with the gray and salt and pepper hair. Asked if he will refund my money I pay with a debit so you could give me cash back and he was very nasty with the salt and pepper hair stating that no I'm going to give it back to you on the card and it takes three to five days to get on there so I just left with the merchandise I will never go back in here because it's nothing in the store. But all Hispanics this is not fair it should be a little diverse with some other type of nationality in here corporate needs to come and check this out.

It was fairly well. Much cleaner and organized then the usual, pleasant to br there for a change, not over crowded and assistance was courteous and attentive.

We bought just 3 items!!!!! And for the most expensive item was charged twice!!!!!! They made us go back in line and wasted us so much time!!!!! They said it was an accident, but I just don’t understand how you would make a mistake with just 3 items!!!!! What is wrong with the checkout!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nothing more stupid. Check the bag and receipt of the people who buy and PAY... But what about those who break in to steal? They let them out and don't even try to stop them.
