I had a great experience with Rowan! The facility was gorgeous, clean, and the staff were both super friendly and helpful. The experience was seamless. Gabrielle was very thorough through the entire process and made sure I loved the placement of my piercings. I was able to get great ideas and advice from the staff members about how to style my earring stack which I loved, and I definitely will be back to complete it.

Rowan is amazing! I came here to get some old piercings re-pierced after my holes closed up, and the experience was great. Everything was quick, easy, clean, and they have the loveliest team of people working there. Quality earrings, too! Great if you have sensitive ears. I will truly only come to Rowan for any and all future piercings, they're the best!

My 10 year old wanted a piercing for his 11th birthday and Rowan was right around the corner from us. We did a walk-in appointment and upon entering the establishment it was clean and inviting, we were waited on immediately! Every single last person who worked here was nice and helpful, they made my son who is also autistic feel comfortable, my husband got his ears pierced as well. The nurses as well as the young lady at the front desk were very knowledgeable and gave us everything we needed for after care, I plan on coming here from now on for ear piercings and will be telling all of my friends and family about Rowan. Prices are also reasonable, all of the women were very professional and incredibly nice!! Thank you for such a wonderful experience

My first experience at Rowan was today! I got a helix piercing done and the staff is very friendly. If you have a phobia of needles like myself you can ask the nurse to walk you through the process. I appreciated the nurse that did my piercing because she gave me good after care instructions and told me how long it’ll take to heal. Again best service and so nice for the staff to let my best friend go into the room with me.

Grace was so helpful at picking out what location would be best to place the piece I wanted. She was very informative about how to take care of the piercing and signs to look out for in case of infection or migration. The girls at the desk were also very kind and helpful. I love that it is a nurse doing the piercing. I will definitely be back for more. Thanks Rowan and Grace! (New piercing is the butterfly at the top of my ear)

I got a piercing from Rowan a year ago and had such a great experience that I’ve previously written a five star review for. So I was appalled by the terrible customer service we received trying to do a walk in at this location. The person at the desk was completely rude and was not helpful at all. I’m pretty sure everyone in the store was caught off guard by the rude demeanor of this employee. I am so disappointed that this experience has ruined Rowan for me. I will not be returning and looking for a new piercing place like Studs.

I owe these people my life! I had a very determined but very scared kid who stayed a long time, and everyone was so nice to her (and me, haha). Kristine and Sam and the rest of the team helped my kid with more patience than I thought humanly possible. Highly recommend!!!

The nurse was great. Took my 7 month old to get her ears pierced. However, the front desk clerk is not great. His customer service skills are close to non-existent. Not the type of person you should have managing clients.
