Pointless to make an appointment here, wait times are too long and they don't even have facilities to do the labs needed for a newborn. Why schedule newborn visits here if we get sent to the professional building anyway to do the other half of care?

There is no point of having appointments at this clinic. Takes over an hour to be seen. This used to be an excellent clinic I don't know what's happened over the years

My appointment was at 3pm I didn’t get called to a room till 420 and waiting for a doctor in a room took another hour this is terrible! By the time I left it was 6pm. This is not normal wait time they need to step it up
