If you love waiting over an hour in an empty room with a sick toddler, before having to physically find a staff member to remember you exist, this is the place for you. If you prefer a team that cares and more reasonable wait times. Go elsewhere

Pointless to make an appointment here, wait times are too long and they don't even have facilities to do the labs needed for a newborn. Why schedule newborn visits here if we get sent to the professional building anyway to do the other half of care?

There is no point of having appointments at this clinic. Takes over an hour to be seen. This used to be an excellent clinic I don't know what's happened over the years
