Went to the viewing room today and it was very nice and got to try out all the different mattresses. I was helped by Shanna who was super helpful and answered all my questions. Purchased a classic and I can’t wait for it to arrive. Overall a great experience.

My wife and I went into the Saatva viewing room in Chicago to look for a new mattress. We worked with Kavik Bressette, and he was fantastic! He gave us lots of helpful advice and information about the mattress but also gave us plenty of time to lie on the mattresses and think about our options. A few days later, we decided to purchase one of the mattresses that we had seen in the viewing room. By that time, though, the sale that was happening on the day of our visit to the store was no longer available online. We called Kavik, and he kindly honored the sale price. He even helped us to pick out a new frame for our mattress! All in all, it was an excellent shopping experience. I highly recommend Kavik and his colleagues at the Chicago store!

It is an amazing store with ridiculously helpful and courteous associates. I’ve never seen so many people trying mattresses - this place is definitely on to something with their quality, guarantees, and pricing. It’s an amazing store!

We were trying to decide on several different brands and models of hybrid mattresses, including the Westin Heavenly Bed. The process of choosing the right mattress is not an easy task. Thankfully Saatva has a viewing room in Chicago so we could actually see, touch and test out the mattress we were looking at (Saatva Classic). We were warmly greeted by our sales associate, Katie. Katie is extremely knowledgeable of the Saatva product line and answered any questions we had. After our visit we happily ordered the Saatva Classic Plush. If anyone is seriously looking for a new mattress, look no further than Saatva. The unmatched trial period, warranty, and quality sold me.
