Facility is in excellent location, clean, well-lit, convenient. Great service: the facility manager, Mario, and assistant Alex, were both incredibly helpful and patient. Moving is horribly stressful but thanks to Safeguard, storage was easy. Highly recommend!

I've been renting from Safeguard for years now, and it is hands-down the best place to rent from. It's extremely accessible, clean, and easy to access and rent from. Mario is just amazing, as is his staff. I love Safeguard!!!

Rented a unit for the first time today. Fantastic facility and even better service. Mario was excellent - informative, efficient, customer-centric. He saved me a few bucks,
provided clear instructions, and trustworthy. The facility itself is very clean and appears secure. Overall, it was a great experience and I highly recommend this facility and Mario. Thank you.

My fiancé and I move out after 2 years. The experience was all over the place. My last few time, I work with Hector, he was very patient, he explain the move out process help me back U-Haul truck “first time driving one”, hold me elevator for me so I was easy up and down and always offer me fresh make coffee from the office. If I ever need another unit again, I will come back and work with Hector. 100% recommend this place and ask for Hector he’s THE ONE!

I've stored my stuff here twice. Mario has provided AMAZING customer service. The facility is secure and I felt safe with my stuff there - which is saying a lot since this is Chicago. I had no issues. I'd recommend this place. Thanks, Mario!!
