Great and clean facility. But what's really great about this storage facility is Michael the manager!! He truly understands what it means to provide great customer service while maintaining excellent company protocol and value. I have rented here many times and will consider this my storage rental home as long as this manager is here.

Mike took my call to reserve storage at the end of his day, with out rushing through my questions, and then mapped out for me which lockers would be best, and then when signing in person the team was ready and available to tour the facility making sure I was acclimated and and comfortable.

I usually get a storage facility for studio equipment and most of the times Mike Coleman has helped me so very much and had been very accommodating. Just recently I ran into a new employee who had an attitude towards me and seemed to be frustrated with helping me get a new storage space. I've been here multiple times and I was just very shocked at my experience this time. I don't normally leave reviews but I felt this was something to address

I came in the other day looking at storage options because I wasn’t sure what size would best fit my needs. Milosz at the front counter was so helpful and patient with me! Walked me through the steps to pick a unit for my needs and my budget. I ended up not choosing a unit right away but I will definitely be back. I would recommend this place to anyone! Conveniently locate. I liked that it as an unloading area especially for this part of the city.

Manager Michael here was amazing and easy to work with. He helped make the process smooth. Give him a raise for the love of Pete! Easy access to storage conveniently in the heart of Chicago. Facility was always clean, highly recommend this place.
