Had a wonderful experience here with Allison who helped us purchase a couple of items. We ended up deciding to exchange one of the items after we got home and Allison was so helpful and made the exchange easy and painless for us. Highly recommend Allison and this store!

Amazing experience! Staff were very sweet. Went in wearing comfy clothing and they treated us so well. Bought a bag with Sophia. Can’t wait to use it!

LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS STORE, They have all your YSL products in store.. and Ernesto is the best. If you haven't already hurry up and get to Saint Laurent Chicago and get the V.I.P treatment.
