The customer service ladies at the return counter were very friendly. I appreciate that

I had a good experience in general at this store, except for the chanel's area where the lady was not ready to answer any of my questions regarding their new line of concealer.
A friend of mine wanted to buy a perfume, she was reluctant to offer help with that either.

They have mislabeled sizes and they won't fix those. Better go somewhere where they have correct sizes.

I tried to come in after work to return a purchase and was denied entry. It was 6:50 p.m. and the posted store hours say this location is open until 7. The transaction would have taken all of 5 minutes. Horrible customer service.

This company is a disaster. They will not submit refunds on time and you have to fight in order to receive the refund. Customer service is terrible. Do not buy anything from them ever.

We went there for fragrances, and I must say, our experience was great. Great selection of different brands, both designer and niche. The guy who helped us out was extremely nice, and seemed to care deeply about his job. Would recommend this place to anyone experienced, or looking to get into the fragrance world, or the niche side of the fragrance world in my case. Would give 6 stars if I could.

DO NOT RETURN ANYTHING TO SAKS VIA UPS, USPS OR FEDEX❗️
Saks Fifth Ave WILL NOT, I REPEAT, THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY❗️
They will make excuse after excuse after excuse about why they cannot open an escalation ticket, soooo many excuses about waiting 30 days, and then you must wait another 7 days, and their excuses and their lies get so mundane and monotonous - IT IS ABSOLUTE INSANITY AND FRAUDULENT BEHAVIOR❗️❗️❗️
I bought a very high dollar dress for my wife for her birthday in October - the dress arrived - COMPLETE AND UTTER GARBAGE❗️ Just disgusting trash, so I immediately returned the dress via FedEx. Here we are now, December 30th and I'm still fighting with Saks for my refund on a dress that was UNWORN, ALL THE TAGS STILL ATTACHED -- just a poor quality dress❗️
Saks REFUSES TO ISSUE MY REFUND -- Saks REFUSES TO OPEN AN ESCALATION TICKET❗️
Complete lazy and incompetent employees all throughout the return and shipping division, OR THE EMPLOYEES ARE FOLLOWING HIDDEN COMPANY POLICY to NOT issue refunds so that Saks Fifth Ave can STEAL AND DENY⁉️
I cannot wait for Lord & Taylor to open back up.
I will take my wife's business to Nordstroms and Lord & Taylor from now on....this fraudulent company policy of deceit and deception has really destroyed my trust in Saks Fifth Avenue and I WILL NOT BE STEPPING BACK INTO ANY OF THEIR STORES. And I spend $20,000 or more at Saks each year, or should I say my wife does.
What a fraudulent business model Saks employs for their return/refund policy❗️
DISGUSTING & DISHONEST & DISGRACEFUL COMPANY❗️❗️❗️

The woman working in the Creed fragrance department this evening was incredibly rude and unprofessional. When my mother and I approached the section, she gave us a condescending look and snapped at me when I asked a question, stating she was only assisting the other client. It was a very unwelcoming experience.

I had an absolutely awful shopping experience with this company. After shipping my return, I had to pay a shipping fee, which was already frustrating. They received my order over three weeks ago, and I still haven’t gotten my refund. When I contacted customer service, they were unhelpful and refused to escalate the issue. I was told I’d have to wait over a month to get my money back! Terrible service all around. I’ll never shop with them again and I strongly recommend you avoid them too.

I had a very nice experience with the sales associate Deb. She was very helpful! I was looking for coats and she walked me up to the floor where they were. I ended up buying a coat. I felt bad for this guy who was looking at coats while there were 2 or 3 associates just standing around and carrying a conversation with each other. My sales associate asked him if he needed help, but I think he was being kind and said he was looking around. If you ever need anything look for Deb. I think she works on the 2nd floor. There was another associate that helped me yesterday Ron who was also very nice and kind!

Lack of stock, nothing is ever available in store. Bathrooms on women’s floor are terrible! Lacking the “premier” experience

Whatever you do , DO NOT FEDEX YOUR RETURNS. Awful that it takes 30 plus days which I had 4 separate returns at 9.99 apiece , and I should have gone to the store to return ( I had pneumonia) and it takes 3-5 days. Sitting there soaking up my Balance and my interest better be refunded it’s been almost 4 weeks . So yesterday I went to the store and the woman said it’s awful- we called on my 4 returns and they guy says you won’t get refunds BEFORE 30 days . I will be fighting this with Corporate for my 4 return fees and my interest.

I'll start by saying Tanya was absolutely fantastic. She was the only positive and the only reason this isn't a total 1 star review. I came in on Sunday with my fiancee to look at a pair of louboutins for our wedding. We're from out of state so it was spur of the moment. Tanya was extremely sweet and helpful she grabbed a few pairs for me to try and find what was comfortable. While trying to decide I assume the floor manager (an older woman with light colored hair that was pulled back in a low ponytail) just started eyeballing the hell out of my fiancee and I. She literally would not leave our side and gave us nasty looks the entire time. She interrupted Tanya talking to me to leave us and help another customer which I said was fine since she seemed to have an attitude issue with us. I tried asking her questions which she dismissed or was just flat out rude. Overall I was not going to be treated/looked at like I'm scum if I'm dropping a grand on shoes. So thanks to the bitchy manager or floor person I left without my dream shoes.
I understand the store is more "high class" but you shouldn't judge a book by its cover especially if those people were nothing but polite and willing to spend the grand for shoes.
