Food and atmosphere are fun, also one of the cheapest Karaoke options in the city.Although they could work on improving their music collection. The options for English songs is pretty limited and missing major titles. You could use the YouTube option, but it doesn't feel the same!

Ripped me off on my birthday and were rude to my guests as well. I’ll never go back to this racist scam artist place.Employees steal from customers. Overcharged me on my credit card and lied about it.Rude to brown and people of color for NO REASON and are slow to refill water. Had to keep asking.GO ANYWHERE ELSE FOR YOUR KARAOKE NEEDS

DO NOT GET A PRIVATE ROOM HERE.We arrived 5 minutes before our scheduled time, and it took 30 minutes to get into our room. The lady helping me said we could get 30 minutes added because back at the end to accommodate this; however, they came in to tell us we still had to leave at our original ending time later on, which means we only got 90 minutes of our 2 hour reservation. I complained, and their response was to attempt to gaslight me into thinking that I was originally late and that "their schedule didn't allow for us to get another 30 minutes."The karaoke machine was buggy; you could only search for songs and artists based on the first letter of the word, so it was impossible to find anything; half the songs didn't have lyric captions. They had a very limited selection of american music. They will charge you a 20% "service charge", along with charging you a 20% gratuity, even though there is no service given whatsoever in the rooms (we had to go up to the bar for our drinks).Go to another karaoke bar in Chinatown; odds are its better.

Came here with a large group last minute and they were able to get us a really nice room! Good food and drink selection, honestly had an amazing time. The only thing I would change is that it was a little difficult to find certain artists and music. We found that if you typed in "taylor swift" you wouldn't get any of her music, but If you type in "ts" it would pull up all of her songs. I would recommend either fixing the issue or having a one page guide in each room to help with searching! Overall had an amazing time, thanks!

Absolutely love the reasonable drink prices. It costs extra to get a private room. Although cheaper if you hangout in the open area and everyone takes turns singing.

Me and some girls from work booked a room for a Saturday night for 9-11. Although the room was super cute and private, the music selection was horribly lacking. We are millennials and expect more pop, hip hop and r&b songs. The karaoke system they have in the room was not user friendly. Great atmosphere but I’m thinking because they’re in China Town they may cater more to the Asian community? I wouldn’t go back and waste my money on the private room. They charge a 20% service fee and another $11 for taxes. We could have sung in the open space for free because no one was there when we left the room. The bar probably had about 15 people there max.

They overcharged and under delivered! The karaoke system is extremely limited. Their menu advertised chicken noodle soup for $5 and they brought out a freaking cup of Maruchan noodles! Yes. A 0.50 cent cup of noodles was $5 !! Like the other comment said, it’s just music videos with lyrics (incorrect lyrics btw) and you’d be better off in your living room on YouTube. Will not be returning here.

This place was great, it's exactly what you sign up for. The service was awesome, the private room was clean, and the music was great! A lot of reviews mentioned the "limited music supply" and admittedly the system they use can be complicated. But I never had a problem finding any of the songs I wanted to sing. Some of the people in these reviews claimed "too many foreign songs" and here's the thing, this is a karaoke bar in CHINATOWN... you as the American are foreign. Just like big dumb American energy hahaha.

Came here for a work karaoke Christmas party for which we rented the back room. Quite a fun setting! But very odd that they were missing a lot of common popular karaoke songs. We were told their system shut down/messed up the day before our event. There were still lots of song options, but quite challenging to navigate the system. Overall it was a great private space with a private bathroom and comfortable couch seating. They provided us water too which was nice. The overall bar space is cool with lots of tables and fun lights!

Rude bartender limited complicated song selection, cool decor and vibe. Nice that they have food available.

We had a birthday party at this bar. They had a good room set up, drinks were well priced, and there was good service. However, the system they use for karaoke was terrible. There is very little song selection. You have to have the mentality to just pick fun karaoke songs and sing them, it's hard to find requests. I would not return to this place or recommend to a friend based on the karaoke system.

Had a great time. The atmosphere was fun and they were very accommodating. We called ahead and reserved a room, but ended up getting there an hour later than planned. They were kind enough to only charge us for an hour. Docked one star because the karaoke software was incredibly confusing. Took us a solid 20 min to really figure out how to use it and find songs. Also, song selection was somewhat limited for certain artists.
