I believe there are not enough words to fully express how incredible Hector (store manager) and Nikki are when it comes to customer service. Their professionalism and dedication to going above and beyond truly stand out. They transformed my worst day into a great one with their warm smiles and quick resolution of my concerns. They are invaluable assets to your company, and I hope you recognize and appreciate them as much as they have cared for me.

My mom has been coming here for a while and has always had good experiences, but today was disappointing. We asked Nikki a question, and she gave a quick response before walking away. When we asked another employee for help, Nikki came back and seemed upset that we had asked someone else. She gave us attitude and started talking about us with the other staff. It made us feel really uncomfortable. We’ve never had issues here before, so this was disappointing.

I dropped in to replenish my polishes and was helped by Jon F. At the Lincoln village store made sure I knew about the sale. He reminded those who were buying hair dye about other things they might need. He knows the store in and out and I will choose this over Ulta from now on. Thank you Jon.

Jon Fab was fantastic! They helped me find exactly what I needed, and then some! I am incredibly happy with how my hair turned out! The color is fantastic and I have all the supplies I needed! Stainr remover for dye that got on my skin, shampoo & conditioner to keep my hair soft, and some great color after-care treatments to keep the color looking fresh. Jon was absolutely wonderful! On top of it all they gave me some great recommendations for coloring conditioner that has been fun between dyes. If you're looking for advise, Jon Fab is absolutely the best!
