Just picked up my regular batch of products that I usually get from another location but all my nearby stores were out. The ladies that took care of me were super nice and I had a very fast and friendly service.

Not sure if she’s the manager or just a regular employee but there was an older woman with dark hair I think her name was violet not sure but she was extremely rude very nasty attitude . I can see why this place has so many bad reviews and I wasn’t the only one who experienced her rudeness . Hopefully they can teach their employees about customer service soon.

There is one lady here who will follow you around nonstop and will not stop asking if you need help. Annoyed with her fake organizing in every aisle I stepped into. Ended up with only leaving with a pack of curved needles and not the hair coloring because of how uncomfortable I was. Ended up coming back a couple of days later with my boyfriend where a different lady didn’t make me feel uncomfortable and helped me picked out hair coloring after asking for help without being stalk. Here is an idea. Don’t be on your phone at the front desk and when you see someone you don’t like run from the front desk and follow them nonstop

This Sally’s has the rudest staff I’ve ever interacted with. They are dismissive and aggressive. I had asked if the sale being advertised applied to my purchase and the cashier rolled her eyes at me.

Both employees were not helpful. Even though they ask if you needed any help they didn’t provide help whatsoever. Don’t come here if you need guidance.

Bought some items ended up taking back because TJ Maxx had them less expensive and was not refunded correctly. Unfortunately, I didn't notice until I got home but remembered the cashier kinda tossing off something to the side and not scanning it. When I called to confirm both her and manager had a very offensive attitude. Needless to say I didn't get my money back.

I liked this place to pick up my hair products, the only problem is the manager, very-very rude woman (polish speaking dark hair), rude with customers and with employees.

The cashier with purple hair had an attitude with me for wanting to exchange the same product different shade and asking for a price adjustment since I used a reward in my original transaction. She said that wasn’t possible and oh well I’ll be losing my reward .I was surprised since I had done similar transactions at Sallys without any issues. Her manager said it can be done because it was the same product. This girl has awful customer service skills !
