This person helping my friend did not know what they were talking about. Because how did NO COLOR come on the hair at all. And she recommended a hair dye that goes on blonde hair when my friends hair is brown! I did mention it but thinking Sally workers know what they are talking about she should of just been honest because obviously she doesn’t know anything about dying your hair color Insted of trying to just get a customer to buy something

Watch out for button girl. She was rudeee. She might hit you with that condescending tone that will get anyone frustrated. Her coworker Dulce sooo chill and helpful tho and the only saving grace.

As a licensed esthetician I love Sally’s and their point program it definitely comes in handy and also I did a 2 hr delivery and Jessica (the Sally’s team member) put a very cute note on the bag that made my day definitely get a million stars for that Sally’s and Jessica 🧸

How is this place still open? I went here to pick up a crochet needle for crochet weaves and was directed to highlight needles-not what I need. But it’s my fault for going here in the first place. Why would I think they would have supplies for a black hair style.

Today is my birthday and my boyfriend took me to Sally's for a shopping spree and there was the cutest little employee working named Crystal I can't say enough about how helpful, sweet, personable and knowledgeable she was. I am over 50 so it's a little hard to impress me but this sweet girl did. .To top it all off she actually knew about every product I inquired about .. Sally this one's a keeper!!!!

Can you guys please update your service hours online. I have a small business and really needed some supplies today because I open very early tomorrow and per your business hours listed on Google, it says your open until 8pm. When I arrive at the store, the store is closed and the door says 7pm. Had it said 7pm online, i would have came earlier.

Every time I go in, each of the ladies that work there always greet me with a pleasant hello. They immediately ask if I need any help. They are extremely knowledgable and if they do not know the answer, they take time to find it. A strong 100 out of a 100 for sure!
