Can you guys please update your service hours online. I have a small business and really needed some supplies today because I open very early tomorrow and per your business hours listed on Google, it says your open until 8pm. When I arrive at the store, the store is closed and the door says 7pm. Had it said 7pm online, i would have came earlier.

Thank you very much for all your help today! I should have gotten your name, but I didn't.I went to sallys to purchase items to lighten and dye my daughters hair. The staff memeber (only staff I saw) was very helpful. She knew exactly where to find everything I thought I needed ♡. Thanks again! You are amazing ♡

Every time I go in, each of the ladies that work there always greet me with a pleasant hello. They immediately ask if I need any help. They are extremely knowledgable and if they do not know the answer, they take time to find it. A strong 100 out of a 100 for sure!

I am always coloring my hair. This place always seems to have everything in stock and if they don't they're willing to call to call you to notify to notify you when the product comes in in karma if you ask them to that's true. There are 4 women working there, and they all seem pretty knowledgeable and willing to help. This is my new go to Sally's

There's nothing special with this Sally. it's just a store fulfilling its role as a store. Isn't this perfect? You walk in ,choose your product, pick it up and pay; simple like that.

horrible place, do not go to get a credit card there, they scammed me and I never activated the card! more than $ 130 dollars I don't know where? and nobody knows anything and they put you on the phone with many people for nobody to explain anything! I had to pay it to avoid damaging my credit but I never come back I do not recommend it and very careful when paying with cards it seems that they keep the information to scam people and I have proof of what I say

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, who made excellent suggestions and were very helpful. This store is clean, and you are genuinely greeted as you enter. Many beauty supplies from hair coloring, to developer, lipsticks, nail enamels, hair treatment, fake eyelashes and more.

This is a great Sally’s! The staff was super helpful and knowledgeable of the products, and they didn’t hesitate to give advice and answer my questions. It’s open to the public, and for the month of June, Sally’s has select hair products on sale for 4 for $20. Its a steal

Prices too high. Take your business to C J Beauty Supply on Kedzie, their prices are so much better and the staff doesn't treat you poorly because you're a person of color.

Honestly, That's all I can give this store location due to the blatantly stereotypical acts of clear racism. My friend and I experienced Friday night, on January 8, 2021. The store itself is very clean and organized, but this is over shadowed by the racist and very rude customer service from the cashiers/workers there. On Friday my friend and I (both of us are Afro-Latino who speak Spanish fluently). Heard both of the sales workers talking in Spanish about "Follow her" while we were in the store just looking to purchase natural hair products and a comb. I have never been followed and watched so closely while shopping in store like this since I was 10yrs old watching my Aunt receive this same treatment while she was shopping in Burberry. Absolutely WORST EXPERIENCE of my life!! And the crazy part is that before this night, I was a regular customer. But this store location has most definitely lost me as a customer for every.
