I was in the store for less than 5 mins & was bombarded MULTIPLE times by both of the associates.
One was following my mom after she had already asked us if we were looking for anything, to ask her that same question, which was only a minute in between she asked us the first time.
Then she went into the aisle I was in & stood close to where I was & for some reason another associate literally stood in the end of the aisle closest to the door to watch me, & as im obviously walking out, the associate that was just standing there staring at me is going to ask me YET AGAIN if I was looking for anything as im walking towards the door. They were acting as if we were going to steal which is a weird conclusion to come to as we felt like we weren’t even able to even look at anything for the small amount of time we were there. It’s an already small store, it’s suffocating having employees just surround you asking over & over if you are looking for anything after you told them the first time that you are just looking

I get that sometimes asking if everything is okay is good, but being asked more than 4 times if I need help with anything every time I look at different products, makes you feel like you are being rushed making the experience a shit show, if anything only have one girl greeting… at every store anyone has ever been to does it once. We (the customers will ask) if we need help no need to follow around and have different employees ask the same question every 2 minutes.

I went yesterday 11/6 for a pick up and the woman working there told me I picked the wrong developer and already had the correct one to switch out for me. I normally never dye my own hair and was unaware so I’m very thankful she noticed and said something! My hair turned out great!

It was a weird experience, although the girl was trying to be friendly, at the same time she was being weird like putting a sour face every time I spoke to her, I tried explaining to her that I was from out of State, everything was a very weird experience. I've never had this problem before, I've been with Sally's more than 20 years everywhere I traveled, Even Puerto Rico I shop at Sally's, but never had such awkward or awful feeling. Hopefully it isn't always like this. She didn't seem to enjoy her job. I love Sally's Beauty Supply ❤️

These people are amazing and are willing to help with any problems. Especially the managers who will take time of their busy schedule to help customers. The vibes are good and they deserve recognition. Vanessa for sure was a big help when I came in looking for help about hair dyes.

RACIST location! I’ve gone here 2 days in a row the first trip was to make purchases, the store was extremely busy and only had about 5 workers but 3 of them were hovering over me constantly asking if I was okay or needed help you can obviously tell that they were racially profiling me. I went back to the store the next day because the employee was so busy worrying about if I would steal that she recommended a product that completely ruined my hair! I had to repeatedly beg for my money back they did not want to give me a refund. While at the store I was talking to the manager about possibly giving the employees sensitivity training because I felt discriminated against and racially profiled and she kept interrupting me and smacking the screen trying to rush me out the store! I asked her to not interrupt me as I’m telling her about how her employees were harassing me and she called security on me and told me I’m banned from the store! I’m currently seeking discrimination attorney wish me luck, they won’t get away with treating people like this!

If I could give 0 stars I would! Bad customer service!! Don't come here! Sally's needs to find new management for this place. Gives all Sally's a bad name! Will never come here again nor allow any friends or family members to shop here! Im so angry and baffled all at the same time.. I was treated like a criminal! I walked in with my mask falling just below my nose, a heavy set lady yells from across the store "put your mask on" excuse me??!! I'm barely at the door, door is still opened!?? She immediately starts yelling "call security" next thing I know a security guard comes running from outside cursing & yelling at me asking if I could read the sign on the door... as I am now leaving the store. Is this a set up??!! He keeps rambling on and on... I am lost for words.. what just happened? These two people obviously want control over others and look forward to each day looking for people to harass . INSANE!!! This is abuse!! I work in a professional setting and this store needs a deep evaluation of its employees and it's 3rd party security that has been hired to "protect" the customer. They are extremely unprofessional and need an intense training in customer service.

Dear Manager, hire more efficient professional girls to represent your store when working. All the girls at the brick yard location are rude and like to act like they’re in highschool starring down a girl they don’t like, when in reality it’s a potential customer with a question about an item. teach your workers some basic etiquette manners! Or reconsider a new wave of employees. I litteraly drive to a different location to avoid an unpleasant shopping experience.

I feel like the staff has no knowledge about products lol. But other than that, they have a huge selection of products and they’re usually not too busy.
