Hi yall, I went into the sally beauty in 4$ and told the lady that I wanted to exchange a color I had bought but didn’t have the receipt, I told her they had sent it through email and then she proceed to tell me that she couldn’t give me a refund when she finish I said yes that what I wanted then I got the color came back and she said I had already passed my 30 day when I had made the purchase one week before I told her my number and said there was nothing there. Then I was looking for my receipt in my email since I wasn’t going to leave and get it her way because she was very rude and unprofessional. I told her if she couldn’t look me up with my email and she did and she said oh yeah I found you when the email was connect to the number I was giving her before. She was so mean and would hopefully wish the manager sees this and gets her a review because I was very patient and nice and she was very rude

The store manager , who was the only one there was probably the most vindictive person I’ve ever encountered. Sales and customer service go hand and hand so I was appalled when asking a question that she would respond with just irritation and condescending voice . Let’s remind ourselves it’s a Sally’s beauty supply store not a real hair salon. There’s been multiple complaints towards this woman and nothing has been done. If the location is in such need of someone opening the store hire someone else with a better attitude. Hire someone who has the real education and knowledge from a cosmetology school to help customers not some old lady with red hair that can’t even properly color match on herself.

Horrible customer service. I was been stared at by the red head lady and she gave me a horrible attitude, felt very profiled. Never shopping here again.

I was very pleased by the customer service today was greeted as I walked in, I noticed he was alone and he still managed to have the store well managed. He helped me understand the works of the developer which was very helpful and understanding. Highly recommend this location and for a good understanding of things ask for CARLOS his amazing. ???

Went in here for some hair kits, and the help was beyond amazing. Areli was able to walk me though everything I needed and answered any question I had. She really helped me find what I needed and I could not have asked for someone better than her. Great experience and even better employees

Always a great experience at this location. I am experienced in dying my own, and others hair. Not licensed, but years of doing at home hair transformations. I can always ask an associate if I am looking for something specific and get help. Or find the Sally's that has what I'm looking for.

Wonderful service! I've gone twice over the last 2 months and the staff is very professional and helpful! I went in looking for Lo'Real hair dye and was helped out both times. The first time I went, the employee gave me some information about developing my hair with certain volumes in order to get the color I truly wanted, and after taking her advice I did end up loving my hair color! I went there for a second time a few days ago to purchase more dye and developer and talked to a different employee this time, who was also super kind and helpful. I did read the other reviews and I'm saddened by their experiences, however I do believe this place is worth going to. :)

The red head lady has the worst customer service. She acts like she owns the store, it's just a retail job lol. Glad you didn't get tired and I saved you a few steps of walking to provide me with an online order that I paid for. The Pulaski location has better customer service.
