I went there to buy hair dye and no one ofer help. When I was going to pay I gave the lady a 50 dollar bill she said she didn't have change for that and I told her that that was the only bill I had and with the worst acctitude she said. Don't you have a card!! I said no and she said well I dont have change the problem here is the actitid she had. Worse costumer service ever. I told her to cancell and I left.

I like Sally’s. I like the employees specifically this employee called Ashley. I went to Sally’s to buy hair products for my curls and Ashley knew exactly what I needed. I am happy with my results.

I always come here to sally beauty! The assistant manager always greets me and helps me out with things I need. She helped me save $20 dollars off my purchase that same day and helped apply for a credit card which is very convenient. I would definitely come back and shop around for more.

I came in to the store like 6 days ago to buy deep conditioner and ashley was being pushy about buying a different product that would help my damaged hair and I ended up buying it and ever since i started using it my hair started falling off. I should of just bought the product i came in for. now i have to call the store to make sure that ashley isnt working so i can just go in and buy the things i need. since i live close to the location. they call her assistant manager! if she's assistant manager she should know her things! she's probably one of the worst employees ever!

Way to pushy for me that it made me feel uncomfortable. I went to go buy some deep conditioner for my extremely damaged hair and i already knew what treatment i wanted to get. Ashley seemed nice at first to help me out but she kept suggesting different things that werent for damagered hair. She seems like she didnt know what she was talking about. Needs better training and needs to know what shes talking about before suggesting customers products. She can easily mess up a customers hair up if she doesnt get better training. I wont be coming back if shes there scared she might suggest something that would ruin my hair.

Extremely unprofessional! I came here in the past and everyone was so helpful and nice, but now nothing! I came in the store and no one came to say their usual hello welcome to sallys. I didnt know they changed their set up till I came in I had no idea where everything was at. No one came to help me and when I did see an employee she was ignoring me and was talking on her ipods! I missed the old sallys with erica and bianca they had amazing customer service and would help me with all my hair related questions!

This employee Ashley she looks so nice but when she was closing the store and left she was being really rude to someone I don’t know who it was but she made her cry and yelled at her and pushed her against the car and told her to get in. How rude of her!! Someone should tell her manager

Hello all, I have never been to Sally’s until I went last week for my first with a friend. Let’s just say I’m a member of the rewards program now ?. Long story short, I went to purchase items to go blond on my hair; which by the way came out great! Only because of the suggestions by the team and hospitality I received. Today. 7.7.21 - I was able to get help from the manager (forgot her name) and Valerie; where I was able to get the same support and hospitality to continue my hair care. I appreciate this store, and the staff for I feel it’s a great area to ask questions and get help, and this is coming from an EA to a CEO. Thank you Sally team - see you again soon!
