Come for the amazing homemade products, stay for the friendly staff. Their Olipop 2/5 is cheaper than some big box stores. Their tamales on F/S are delicious, the guacamole and salsas are *chef’s kiss*, and I love their cafe drink menu (horchata latte hot or cold). You must visit.

Quaint market, pleasant service, great variety of snacks, food and beverage options. I especially enjoy the lunch specials. Best tunafish sandwich I ever had.

My partner and I come here almost weekly for coffee. It’s great having a family owned bodega in our neighborhood. The owners are kind and hospitable. The coffee is always on point and their pastries are delicious. Support this local small business!

Salsa Family market is a neighborhood gem! Wonderful produce, great soups, great vegetarian options. We've catered in their tamales for a holiday party and they were a hit.

Salsa’s is the best. The most amazing fresh salsas and guac. Also, delicious rice pudding and tres leche cake. The tamales on Fridays + Saturdays are DELICIOUS. We are so happy they are in the neighborhood.

So happy to have this place in the neighborhood. Go here first, they probably have what you’re looking for. Their fresh salsa verde keeps me going, and the weekend tamales are a treat

I’m so thrilled to have Salsa’s in our neighborhood! They stock a wide array of groceries and sundries, I find that I am often able to skip going to the super market entirely. Prices are comparable to other grocery stores, and it’s nice to be able to pop in easily. They have incredible house made offerings like tamales, salsas, guacamole, cheese spreads and dips, etc. it’s been mentioned in other reviews too but the pozole is so good! Something to look forward to on the weekends.

I'm there at least twice a week to grab a little snack or fill in some gaps between grocery trips. Their freshly made salsa, guac, AND agua frescas are so amazing. I feel like I find new things every time I pop into the store. Cannot recommend them enough

This is one of our most beloved spots in Chicago, would give 6 stars if I could. We used to live a few blocks away and went there every week to re-up on their fresh salsa and get all our staples for the week. And now that we live further away, we still drive over to restock frequently.Family-run, couldn’t be more friendly. You will be amazed at the quality and variety of offerings packed into this little shop for a very reasonable price.

Salsa's is one of the very best neighborhood markets you could find in Chicago! Family-owned and the staff are all so helpful & kind. They have such a wide array of fresh produce, refrigerated & frozen items, dry goods, anddd incredible house made salsas/horchata/coffees/sandwiches! Not to mention their chilaquiles and pozole!! Seriously an incredible find. I honestly wish there were more spots like this throughout the city.

All the homemade food is amazing (salsa, guac, cookies, sandwiches), the prices are affordable, it's a relic of the family owned small business. Love this spot.

Everything here is good, but the most unexpected great thing is the beer cheese dip they sell in the fridge next to the guac
