Organized. Prices have really climbed. For example, tops are around $10 and up. Crazy considering how much the higher administrative staff are paid!! Almost criminal when you consider they get their items for nothing AND rarely give staff enough hours to get any benefits along with their low hourly rate.

Big store but prices are very high for some things. I literally saw a jumpsuit for $135.99! At Salvation Army?? That takes the fun out of thrifting. Lot of things very expensive including some of the jewelry. A vintage Monet necklace was $36 and it was costume jewelry too. One of the most expensive Salvation Army stores I’ve ever visited.

The employees here are super sassy and mean! Nobody is obligated to work here. There’s other jobs. They demand good morning but can’t say excuse me if they want to pass, instead they just stare at you. We all have mouths, we all know basic reciprocal language. How do you demand greetings and respect but don’t give it back to the people that show it towards you?

Been here quite often but there's a store associate there named Jasmine. Totally rude, awful and unprofessional. There's no point in wasting breath going back and forth with her so if management sees this, please correct this or have her find a job in a office away from public interaction. Seriously. People won't be visiting there if that's how employees behave.

I would normally donate all of my items to the Salvation Army. Will stop doing this based on my last several experiences dropping off items at this Salvation Army on Clybourn. I’m not sure who is in charge of hiring, managing and monitoring at this location, but my experience (of the mainly male) employees who do the intake at the drop off are incredibly rude, not only to myself but to other people who simply wanted to know where to put the items in the correct bins. I understand it can be a lot dealing with people all the time, but there should be protocols in place on how to deal with the public. Especially the people who are trying to do the right thing and make donations.
I will only give my items to Goodwill.moving forward.

Idk where they get off selling USED shoes for $19 and USED coffee tables for $40 but it’s insane. I saw a USED air purifier for $40 when a NEW one is $40
