Got 2 bouquets, decided to try this shop as it was convenient, bought one for my wife, and 1 for my mom. Bought on Friday. My wife's arrangements is wilting on Saturday morning. Spoke with my mom who said she had to throw flowers out and rearrange her flowers. Pathetic.. Major disappointment for Mother's Day. Will not be returning.I returned to Samantha's Flowers today. The owner made it clear that she wanted to remedy the situation. I was able to get a great experience and fresh flowers. I must say that this is how companies should react when their customer is unhappy. With humility, positivity and professionalism. My experience was enriching and my flowers are a reflection of my experience...refreshing.I have enclosed new photos to share the wonderful shift.

I got flowers delivered for my mom from this place and let me just say it looked nothing like the arrangement ordered online. All we received were greenery and a few wilted roses, one dying lily, a two gerbera daisies. BIG DISAPPOINTMENT!

Beautiful job!I actually ordered on Grubhub for my mom. I wish I had let her open them because the aroma that came out and the dewy freshness of the roses brought me joy.The color was more pink than peach, but that wasn’t so important in this case. It’s the freshness for me!Thank you

I've been using this flower shop for a couple of years now. My mom was not a flower lover really...but she absolutely loves when I send flowers for her from here. The last 2 times I have just pick the Designer's Choice (the florist picks the flowers) and they have been gorgeous. Today was her birthday and she told me the flowers were so beautiful and fragrant. I am so happy with this shop and will only use them.

I live out of state and had no idea that this florist would put together the most fragrant and the most beautiful arrangement and choice of flowers that my Mom has ever seen for her birthday! Samantha also did same day delivery. Support local businesses! Thank you so very very much Samantha. My mom cannot say enough for the flowers and for the large balloon! Workers are excellent owners are horrible. Can only fulfill two of my large birds of paradise order but figured they would charge me $100 anywayQuick response because you know exactly what’s going on even when your hours say you close at 7 but you’re closed now at 6:30. You’re a liar and you’re price gouging and you’re mad at me because you couldn’t for fill my order for 20 birds and wanted to charge me double what they sell them for two blocks down the street for the 2 you had
