Is there anyone else that can assist me with getting an order done it's been nearly 3 weeks. The representative controlling the emails has not been responsive and been trying to get something done since week one we are now on week 3. I visited your facility once and had a great experience inside what the representative but through emails it's not the same experience can someone please assist?
