Update: Office worked to resolve some of the issues, better communication and resolution. Terrible customer service, rude staff, absolutely awful experience working with this group. I would avoid this office.

Terrible experience. They never pick up the phone and I requested prompt assistance on a transfer of a rental insurance policy. After poking our email thread several times, still no response. I will definitely be looking for another agent in the Chicago area.
