This place is a scam. They will tell you your prescription has ran out and they will contact you doctor. I contacted my doctors who stated she never got a refill request from this pharmacy, but she would send the refill request over. I call this pharmacy who says they never got an order for a medication refill. They are such a scam. Don’t use this company even if it could save you money, because in the long run you aren’t going to get the prescription anyway.

Absolutely HORRIBLE! My infertility doctor sent them a very expensive medication. It’s for a simple procedure that works on a certain time during my cycle. It’s not something that can just be done at any time. They claimed they called me multiple times yet I have ZERO missed calls from them. I don’t delete my call log as I use my phone a lot for my job. I explained this to them and now my medication will get to them after my appointment. I had to pay an extra $22 for it to get expedited shipping all bc they messed up on their end and didn’t call me. I asked if that extra charge can get waved bc again the error was on their end not mine. They said it couldn’t because on their ends it shows they called when they 100% never called me. I will gladly take responsibility if I missed a call but they never called. Horrible customer care service. According to the rest of the reviews, I’m not sure why they are still in business

Just wanted to give a shout out to Freddy who is a pharmacy staff member who helped me get my medication. Because of him & his knowledge I was able to get my brand medication as I was originally being told by other staff members that I was no longer covered for this medication by my insurance company. He took the extra step to figure it out & was able to get me my brand medication.Thank you again, & I just received notice that it was shipped today..

I don’t how this “pharmacy” still running!! Long waiting times and every time someone picks up the phone they never know what’s going on! Been waiting on my for my med for over 2 weeks. The staff is super clueless with what’s going on. They don’t sound like trained people! I do see there is a coupon to bring down the cost of my med that isn’t cover and I got a call from my insurance that they are doing a prior authorization to get it cover. Why are they forcing my insurance to cover my med when there is a coupon that can bring down to a affordable cost for people with private insurance!?!? This “pharmacy” sounds like a scam to get insurance to pay thousands of dollars!!! I was lucky to do my research and got it filled at my local pharmacy instead. Beware people!!! Doctors shouldn’t be sending scripts to this pharmacy!

Incompetent. Wrong patient information. Never get a call back even though it is noted in my file the contact me and my provider. Information that was sent to another pharmacy was also incorrect and a nightmare to deal with. 3 months later, still no prescription for a NASAL SPRAY that supposedly costs $80 even with insurance.

This pharmacy did not inform me that they no longer carried my prescription. Last week, I submitted a refill request on their online portal for a prescription. When I called a few days later for an update on my prescription status, they told me that they no longer carried my drug and had sent my prescription info to a new pharmacy. They claimed that the called and left me a VM, but I didn't even have a missed call from them. I called the new pharmacy and was told they did not receive this prescription nor had a record of me. I had to call my provider to fax the new prescription. I am now out of my medication due to their lack of communication. As a nurse who deals with different mail order pharmacies, I do not recommend this pharmacy due to the lack of communication to both their patients, providers, and partnering pharmacies.

I was calling about my prescription to see if was delivered today. I spoke to someone and they told me it will be delivered by no later than Monday. I called to check to see if it was in progress and saw that it was be handle by another office. While trying to understand, this representative got an attitude. I stopped and told her, madam I am trying to understand the process because I was told something incorrect. I asked her does she see any notes. She said no. Never again. I think I am going go to urgent care to get some meds

Hate that I have to write this review I spoke with a young gentleman who refused to give me his name just kept saying “Is there anything else I can do for you with a attitude.” today on 1/28/2021. Calling on behalf on my dad who has dementia, this pharmacy is suppose to be pharmacy imagined, more like pharmacy nightmare. Ask to speak with supervisor got hung up on called back waited over 10minutes. Customer service is at a all time LOW! Finally got with another tech spoke with then about the situation and FINALLY got connected with a supervisor who was rude by name of CHARLES, told me he would fill it FREE and called back saying I have to pay a copay which wasn’t a issue with paying and RUSHED ME OFF THE PHONE oh man must I say this entire place needs to start over from techs, supervisors all the way up to the “BIG MAN IN CHARGE.” Extensive training in each departments need huge work, waited over 10mins! Now my dad has to wait 3-5 days to get it delivered because of there mess up! If I can rate 0, I would. Got it transferred back to my local had no problem I suggest Express Scripts instead of the pharmacy with a**holes who have no respect for dying patients!

I'm from out of state. My doctor called in a prescription because my local pharmacies charged too much with my insurance. He wanted to try here to see if it was cheap enough. I received a phone call the next day and it covered my prescription at a $0 copay. I'm not sure how, or if it was due to a savings card, but I'll take it, because I haven't been able to get this medication for two years. I received a tracking # in my email and the prescription was on my doorstep in 3 days.

I thought the previous pharmacy that handled SPRIX was bad, this new one is considerably worse! I have had to call multiple times, every single time my prescription is due for refill. Every time I call I get a confused, uninformed agent that has trouble comprehending the issue at hand, let alone actually resolving it. Eventually, they tell me they need to get my doctor's approval, even though they have already gotten it, multiple times. They assure me it's only supposed to be a 1-time approval, but apparently their miserable record-keeping is causing these repeated issues. But the bigger concern is their uncaring attitude, like they are selling sneakers on Amazon, not crucial medication desperately needed by their suffering patients. This last time was the FIFTH time they have had to request this 1-time approval? This time they started me on a text system, without my approval, in which they asked me to verify myself by sending personal information, BY TEXT! When I refused I heard nothing back, and the refill process was dropped, just abandoned without so much as a reply, let alone a phone call. When I called and told the agent that SMS was not secure, she was wholly unconcerned and simply told me I could opt out! When I suggested this violated HIPAA protocol, and some people may not realize the risk they are being exposed to, the agent shockingly insisted that HIPAA was only for medical records, and not the personal info one can use to access those records! I was transferred to a supervisor who also had the same arrogant, uninformed and dismissive attitude. Unfortunately this is the only pharmacy that can fill SPRIX prescriptions, so we have no choice but to subjected to ScriptsRX's incompetence, on a monthly basis! SPRIX is an essential, NON-OPIOID addition to my much needed pain relief arsenal. My fear is this new medication, that is a viable opioid alternative, is going to be discontinued due to incompetent management by the pharmacy! Something MUST be done, and immediately, before it's too late!

My doctor sent a prescription to this place. They called me and wanted the name of a local pharmacy that I use. I asked why, aren't you going to fill it? They said yes but they needed to verify my insurance coverage with a local pharmacy. I told them that I would be more than happy to give them my insurance information, which they already had, but I was not providing them a local pharmacy because they do not need that.To me, it would be like taking your car to a body shop for repairs from an accident and they want to verify your insurance with another body shop!Something seems fishy in Denmark!I called my doctor and told him to just call it in locally.

My prescription was changed to this pharmacy. It has always come in a box that has to be kept upright & COLD. Before I got it in a box with a cooler inside & ice packs and a big red sticker that says KEEP UPRIGHT & REFRIGERATED. Well I just got my script from this company today. Not only was my name misspelled, but it was in a padded envelope, not cold at all, and no way to keep it upright.It is VERY important to keep it cold & upright. I'm waiting on hold as I type this to complain. I dont even know if this is safe to take now. Unbelievable! & totally unprofessional. Not a happy customer.EDIT: They have sent my script 3x so far & each time my script is warm upon arrival. So yes I did contact them & am on hold for a FORTH RE-DELIVERY to see if I can FINALLY get my script delivered COLD so i dont have to keep throwing it away. I NEED MY MEDICATION. This is UNREAL!!!
