Original date was scheduled for Dec 20 between 8am n 5pm. Being such a long stretch when tech arrived I happened to be in bathroom. I saw his message n returned his call. But, no answer, I called him 5 times he finall answers an I told him where I was he said you will have to reschedule, he could not wait. So I rescheduled for the 21st of Dec. Well about 1:30pm I got a text saying my appointment was canceled. I was given no reason why but to reschedule, which your system only lets you talk to a computer. Whata JOKi got a number to call, I wanted to know why my service was canceled but nobody could tell me why!!! But I finally found out I was calling INDIA!!! Got a new service date for 12/22 between 8am n 5pm.Today I finally got my service around 1pm

Today a Sears Repair Service man came to put the Refrigerator bottom Freezer handle back on the door, he did an incomplete Job, when I tried to contact him to come back to tighten the handle, he never responded, called him back several times on his repair number, he never called back and he never answered my calls, the handle will come off again if it is not tighten like it should be.
