Sebastian's thorough knowledge and experience with past property histories and current housing trends has made him a valuable resource in marketing, showing and closing on our property. He helped us understand what a potential sale looked like and what we needed to do in order to achieve our desired result. We liked his direct approach to evaluating the value as well as potential value given the circumstances of the property. His recommendations helped us see the real results we would get out of any potential sale.
Sebastian's patience was also key in getting a deal to close for our property. The circumstances around the property were complex but Sebastian was undaunted and was able to solve and overcome the multiple issues that have shown themselves through the discovery phase until closing.
