Eli, Sal, and his team helped me find my condo almost 2 years ago and it was the swiftest and most exciting real estate experience I’ve ever had. They listened to my needs and wants and delivered a beautiful condo in a 100 year old building with beautiful updates and finishes. I call it my “rom com main character” house. Regan was amazing throughout the whole experience. As a recent college grad who has had no experience in apartment hunting before, I couldn't have asked for a better realtor. I have recommended Regan to all my friends as she has made moving to a new city less scary. Since I was unable to be on site, Regan toured every apartment I asked her too and sent me videos. I can't wait to move in, thank you Regan!

I worked with Regan Grabill who was fantastic. My roommate and I were a pretty difficult group, since we started looking less than 2.5 months before we had to move in, had conflicting schedules on when we could move in, and I frequently couldn't respond to her messages for long durations since it was a very busy time for me personally. Regan was always extremely polite and professional, responded very quickly, and had answers for all our questions. Not only did she help us find a better apartment than we imagined we could possibly get, but when the owner backed out at the last minute, Regan got us another unit in the same building with an identical floor plan. What's more, it felt like she was genuinely invested in our interests and making sure we got a place that we'd like. I have nothing negative to say.

We would never have found our apartment without Regan! At every step of the process she was there and knew exactly what to do. She was always accessible and worked very quickly. I wouldn’t want to apartment search in Chicago without Second City Agents!
