They never have enough staff at these kohl’s Sephoras. Only one person running the cash register and assisting customers. Even on busy days like a Sunday you can’t expect to get help. You’re better off going to an actual Sephora or shopping online.

I love (really love) shopping at Sephora but this particular location just wasn’t it. The employees here are rude judgy and were helping other customers after me despite me waiting for my turn and then asking for assistance first. When it was finally my turn, I asked if an item was in stock and was told that the associate will check on it. Literally a few seconds later, the same associate started ringing out a customer who just got in line while the other associate was just standing behind the counter on her phone. I literally spent half an hour waiting until I went up to ask what was going on. Mind you, there were probably on 3 shoppers in the entire store.

Disgusting customer service. No one wanted to attend the lady in front of us and when it was our turn we weren’t even greeted or asked if we found anything. Then presumed to tell us our gift card had no balance and to call customer service (we did and there in fact was a balance on there). Coworkers were standing there talking bad about the workers not on shift. Will not be returning at all.

Went there to buy a foundation. A very nice lady I wish I remember her name helped me giving suggestions, she was amazing, kind and very helpful to find the shade that suits on my skin tone. So. I found what I was looking for. I greatly appreciated the amazing service.

Return policy is shady at this location. Employee told me there is a 30 day return policy for refunds or exchanges. The Sephora website and customer service representative stated past 30 days you can still get a credit or an exchange even without a receipt. Either the staff are not trained properly on Sephora's return/exchange policy, or since it's a Kohls they are making up their own policies.

Jacqueline is great! Great customer service, very professional. She went above and beyond to find a specific foundation that I was looking for. Thank you!
