Love this location, come here all the time. This last time though, I had to pay and leave as quickly as possible as I was being bombarded by employees asking if I need assistance. One after another..I didn’t even get a chance to do much as glance at the products I wanted to purchase.
The person helping me was outrageously condescending and kept rolling her eyes. She was pushing products on me that had zero relevance to the question I had asked her and proceeded to put products on my basket as if she was the one purchasing. Then proceeded to insult my makeup and told me that she can see all of my pores very loudly??? I do my makeup very well and am a trained professional. This was such a frustrating experience.

I love this store, they carry some amazing brands and products. I have found my newest obsession there with the GUCCI MASCARA that they have. I have never experienced such of a rich, healthy and deliciously full and lifted eyelashes before from simply a mascara.
It truly looked like I put on a set of false lashes it was the most glorious and fulfilling experience I have ever had with any makeup before. I don’t commonly wear/use makeup but this Gucci eyeliner was life changing.
I would go beyond saying I highly recommend this product, as my next pay check will be going to clear off the shelf for this exact product so I’ll never run out 😍 obsessed, addicted and hooked 🪝 they did the damn thing with this one ☝🏾

Attention: Audrey Munoz, Store Manager, has done nothing to rectify the situation below on one of her staff’s huge error. We are in the process of taking legal action.
Their associate persuaded a family member to sign up for a Macy’s card. Once all security details were given, the associate still failed to pull up the correct Sephora profile, and submitted the application using the incorrect first name (someone else’s account).
My family member found out about the error when they called in to make a payment, and was shocked to find out all details were correct except the first name (which is a huge security breach - and difficult to get through if the first name is incorrect). They didn’t allow them to make payments for a long time because the first name was incorrect.
Further damage made, the person who the Sephora associate incorrectly placed onto the application, had this card provider reporting the sephora credit card to their credit bureau.
Their mistake wreaked havoc. My loved one was suffering from a loss and PTSD at that time and this Sephora mishap, which really scared them, didn’t make things any better for them during their difficult time.

This location is always busy. Somehow there’s always something my wife needs for a date night that she can’t live without so every time I’m there it’s peak hours and I’m in a hurry, lol. If my wife has to go, the night is ruined. She is so much less stressed out if I go so it’s totally worth the effort. The staff is always attentive and eager to help me find what’s on the list or a close alternative.

I normally don’t go to Sephora but had a gift card so stopped in for something I needed. Dagan was soooo helpful in answering my questions and getting me checked out with my gift card. I will be back to this Sephora thanks to Dagan!

Only reason I gave it 4 stars is because employees here act like they don’t want I acknowledge customers and that’s weird asf. But Jaz was amazing she extended herself to help pick out a perfume she offered me many suggestions and was so kind and pleasant she made my experience here great
