Today, while I was at the store, I had an unfortunate experience during checkout. Simone, the cashier who processed my transaction, displayed an unprofessional attitude that made me feel unwelcome. Her demeanor was dismissive, and it seemed as if she was irritated to be serving me, which created an uncomfortable atmosphere. The lack of friendliness and customer service was disappointing, and as a result, I don’t intend to return to this location. I certainly won't be recommending it to others based on this experience.

I had a wonderful experience at this Sephora. They do carry a lot more brands and it would suggest checking it out! The associates are welcoming. Shoutout to Jo! She helped me find the product type and finish I was looking for!

The employees have weird energy and the “manager” or whoever she is, with the dark curly hair is very condescending. I planned on doing an exchange but after poor service I received I did the return and won’t be going back to this location again, the Sephora on north ave is much more helpful and welcoming.
