The associates in this place are always so unhelpful. There’s always a ridiculously long line to check out. I did an online pick up order today. Online it says to call before you order so they have it ready. The associate I talked to said “we don’t do that”. I said I’m just following the instructions online. She was very rude. The last time I was here it was a very similar experience, and they took forever to get my online order, very disappointing. If Nordstrom’s would’ve had the product I ordered in stock, I would’ve ordered from there instead since they offer curbside pick up and they’re awesome about it.

i'm really mad because I was at Sephora a couple days ago and basically like one or like the blushes I think was like Byberry beauty and shade delicious there was like algae growing like all over it and I put it on my face because you know it's a test or someone to test it out and everyone's like oh my gosh you should just use like like like something else to like like put on the product with, but I just put it straight on my face even others algae onyx I thought it was just like you know that 10 year old Sephora theory and believe it, and then my face has algae growing all over it, so thanks for Sephora We can we both

I don’t like leaving bad reviews, especially because I am a brand partner that works in Sephora’s on a regular basis in another state. On Christmas Eve, my brother’s partner text me, asking me for help picking out items for my brother. I gave him a list of 7 items after he only initially asked me for 3-4. One of the items was a Phlur perfume that he loves and only has the travel size of. He was on the way, but I decided to call the store to ask for a product check, so I could let him know if he could get it. When I called, I was put on hold which was no problem, I figured it was SUPER busy considering the day. When the next associate picked up the phone, I asked if she could do a product check for me, and was greeted with a really rude and impatient response: “We can’t do holds, so your best option is to do a buy online, pick-up in store order online.” I proceeded to let her know the situation and told her I didn’t want the item put on hold, and proceeded to let her know I was a Brand partner in another state, hoping that she would cut the attitude. She proceeded to tell me “Well I was just letting you know” . To which I got snappy and asked if she would just go look for me. I’ve worked retail for the last 9 years, under multiple hair/skincare/color brands, and was honestly so upset at the way I was talked to. I understand it was busy, but that is now way to treat someone who sent a friend/family member to go spend their money. I hope upper management has a serious conversation with their team, on how NOT to talk to customers.

Good but no one attended me for the first 15 minutes in the store though I asked 2-3 store staff to help me choose some of the items which I wanted to buy for my spouse but no one gave attention. After 15 minutes I was constantly asking the staffs and one of the staff helped me. She was very polite and helpful. They could have attended me at the first.

Always love going to Sephora, but today's visit was better. Was helped by Keisha, not only did she help me find what I needed she answered all my questions. Thanks Keisha.

I went in for an interview after obtaining my esthetician license and have experience freelancing here as well, however I was not given the opportunity to work there for reasons unknown but I will probably not apply here again because there's not really any professional skincare brands that are medical grade.

So I was so excited to try this lip balm after hearing how great it was from multiple friends. I walked to my local Sephora, bought the vanilla beige lip balm, and I kid you not, 2 mins after purchasing this product, I was jumped on the walk back. I’m not sure if these two events are related, but I will NOT be purchasing this again.

GREAT! The staff was so kind! When I would tell them you didn’t need help they would give me my personal space to shop! They had so much in stock and it was a beautiful store!

Miranda was absolutely amazing!! She gave some helpful tips that literally transformed my makeup look after a long day of work. She explained everything super well and I left with a bunch of products that I’m super happy with! Next time I’m in I’m definitely looking for her to guide me again.

I have many things to say and some are good some not that much. First of all, if you don’t like to work in costumer service, then don’t, there are many jobs that don’t include working with guest. I love sephora as a company an most of the time I have a great experience. This store unfortunately was the exception, the store closes at 7 pm and honestly I have never been kicked out of a store if I stay 5 more minutes. I was almost done, I was near the cashier and remembered that I needed a item, I asked kindly to one of the workers where can I find the brand and another worker named Isaiah (or something similar) told me that I have to check out I so I can’t go look for my item, I went either way it was literally going to take me less than 30 seconds and there was a line on the cashier. After I get to the cashier I asked the girl that was checking me out why the rush to get everyone out of the store she explained to me that they needed to close the cashiers, I completely understand, but why be rude about it, I replied. She, very concerned asked me if it was her, and I said no, it was Isaiah, to which Isaiah replied “you can leave a review on the QR code under your receipt” I said I will and Isaiah said “great, my name is Isaiah” I feel that this was not the right way to handle the situation, Isaiah could have been more polite and apologetic for their reaction. I give 3 stars because the rest of them where nice and understanding, but I do believe that the customer service on Isaiah’s part was rude and arrogant. Also the QR code at the end of the receipt did not work, so I couldn’t enter the survey and put my review.

I really dislike this store... customer service sucks! I work in the area and because this store is within walking distance I stop in every 3 months to purchase my make-up. Well, it never fails that the employees ignore me and avoid giving me asststance. I have to wait 20- 30 minutes to finally flag someone down and get some help. This last time I went in, and ofcoarse I'm being ghosted and when I help my self to locate the make-up in the drawer an employee rushes to me and it almost seemed like she was afraid I was trying to steal merchandise which is far from what I was doing. If they would do their dam job and treat everyone equally and provide customer service to everyone that walks in those doors then I wouldn't have to help myself and try and look for my own merch to purchase. Unbelievable!!! At this point I'm done shopping there and rather order straight from the manufacturer.

Didn't have the best experience at this location. Employees went out of their way to greet Caucasian guests, but passed me right on by. Once I noticed it, I tested my theory placing myself in situations where someone might approach. In 1 situation, I stood right in between 2 parties. They literally checked on a group 1 of teenagers, walked past me, and went to the next lady. I felt invisible! I checked on my sister and she also said no one had said a word to her either. With that, we made the decision to put back the merchandise we intended to purchase, and not buy anything in this store. On the inverse, we went over to the Water Tower location and literally EVERY employee spoke to us. They were very welcoming and warm. We, of course, purchased from that location instead. It might seem menial or insignificant to some, but why not try to make ALL customers feel seen? Maybe they thought I wouldn't be spending any money? I had a face full of makeup on, but was still not seen as someone worthy of even a "Hello"? I spend a lot of money at Sephora in KC, and have never experienced this.
