POC do not go to this location. My sister & I have gone to this location a handful of times, each time has been progressively worse. From the moment we walk in we're followed & watched. Specifically one employee in particular, not sure of her name but has a short pixie cut & glasses. Today was to the extreme when this specific employee looked at us up & down, followed us, & kept bothering us when we literally were not paying her any attention. Commenting on a foundation we were swatch testing that I'm sure she's never used, commenting on our drink & food bag? Just commenting on random unnecessary things to try to "deter" us from "stealing" because we're Hispanic. My sister & I regularly spend $100+ at Sephora, & have too much going for ourselves to get caught up stealing makeup LOL but because we're POC it's assumed we steal. I understand theft happens but to specifically target POC because in your mind we steal makes you look like an insensitive person. We're not the first to experience this as other reviews from POC state they've experienced the same.

i came to this store to shop for 2 delivery orders. everyone was more than willing to help me find items, especially amy. amy walked around the store with me, helped me find all the items for both orders and even helped with recommendations for substitutes for out of stock items. she was extremely friendly and personable and she absolutely made me experience!

Quick stop to pick up Tarte concealer which I thought I packed but didn't. What I love about Sephora is that as in other retailers, they can pull up my transaction history and know exactly what I use. Nikki took seconds to find it and in five minutes I was at the checkout and downloaded 30% off coupon from Rakuten. Sephora is near Crate and Barrel, Apple Pottery Barn and most importantly across from the Red Line North Clyburne station.

I came by to pick up an order today and while waiting my child accidentally knocked over a display. Nothing broke or seemed to be damaged, thankfully, and both people who helped, Jordan and another J name were gracious and kind. My kid was not made to feel bad and I appreciate their attitude.

Avoid this location. They hound you like flies while you explore. Made me never want to go to Sephora in person again. When I actually wanted help, the manager girl with unimpressive makeup on her own face for a Sephora associate, kept calling on her little headphone speaker for someone to “swatch,” me after I told her I didn’t want that- but only wanted to know the actual difference up a shade from the wrong shade I bought on line. She frustrated me to the point where I just returned the wrong shade. Terrible service.Mark my words…this location will close in due time.I used to love going to Sephora.Now? Ugh. I’d rather shop Ulta and buy luxury brands from Amazon.

I do not recommend this location to get your makeup done! Cancelled my appointment 3 hours before my appt. time saying they "could see if another location has artists available but my artist had an emergency with her foot". Was supposed to get makeup done for my maternity shoot now I am SOL. Not amazing customer service.

I'd give this place zero stars if I could. Worst customer service ever. I bought a product that leaked everywhere and when I showed the associate she said there was nothing they could do. No exchanges, returns, nothing. I'm a Sephora rouge member and has raked up enough points and spent enough money here - only to deal with this. Never again.

From the reviews I read from this location, it seems like this is an issue that needs to be resolved. I came in on a Saturday to buy one thing that someone recommended to me. The Paul’s choice section was by the front, and I grabbed a starter kit that I later put back. Little did I know that an employee was watching me and ran when I was headed to put it back. Thinking I was going to steal it. Then she asks if I needed help as if to play off that she thought I was stealing. The racism from Employee’s here and is loud and clear when it comes to POC customers. Nothing is being done about this and it’s beyond me. Sephora lost my business and I recommend buying directly from the brand itself.

I came in today to pick up the Patrick Ta Major Dimensions eyeshadow palette that I placed on hold over the phone, but I also wanted to get a couple other things as well. I was looking to see more of Patrick Ta’s collection, but couldn’t find it until a beauty adviser named Marci helped me find it. I grabbed another blush from Patrick Ta, but I also asked Marci if they could help me get color matched for the Armani luminous silk foundation. They were extremely sweet and kind and made my whole experience at the store fantastic! I got exactly what I wanted and I’m very happy with the service I received today. Thank you so much Marci for all your help! ?

Booked one-hour full face make up service that went horribly wrong. The make up "technician" had to remove make up from my eyes 2 times because she was smudging the eye liner. A manager had to assist with the cat eye liner because it's "really hard". In the end I had to leave the appointment after an hour and a half with completely smudged eyes, unfinished foundation and I was still (partially) charged for the service. Absolutely horrible experience. Would not trust any make up technician or manager at this location.

Terrible customer service. I was there today to do a quick exchange. Was never approached by anyone, I walked up to an employee as she was opening a box. I said “hi I’m sorry can I be color matched?”She looked at me rolled her eyes and said yes give me a minute. Proceeded to finish opening the box, after about a 5 minute wait she comes over with a blank face. Asks what foundation and grabbed a little stick and hands it to me and said you can try this along your jaw line. Tried about 3 different colors before saying I think the first one is the best from the 3. And the service ended there.Terrible experience. I went to a different location afterwards and the difference in customer service was huge. Do better Sephora at kohls. I will drive further for the better experience and customer service next time.
