I was there this Friday and wanted to fill up with gas, so I went in and paid $30 with my debit card. After I couldn’t refuel, I was told that there was no gas. The cashier guy said he sent me money to my card. 3 days have passed and still no money. Today I was passing through there, but there was another guy there, I showed him that the money had not arrived, to which he told me to contact the bank’s support service. In my practice, this happened, the money is returned instantly within 5 minutes, but this needs to be sorted out. Who's in charge, why should people who don't know English well suffer?

"BAD GAS! Went for gas at the shell gas station at 505 n ashland. Minutes after getting gas my car started to spudder and stall I made it home several blocks away. The gas was bad, when I call the gas station to ask for the manager, he's not in. The manager is never in and hasnt returned my calls and I dont think he will. My car is in the shop and waiting to get the repair bill, I need my car."
