No greeting, no acknowledgement of my presence. Assisting customers comes 2nd to filling out the stores’ ledger. Politely excused myself and went to Citgo next door.

"BAD GAS! Went for gas at the shell gas station at 505 n ashland. Minutes after getting gas my car started to spudder and stall I made it home several blocks away. The gas was bad, when I call the gas station to ask for the manager, he's not in. The manager is never in and hasnt returned my calls and I dont think he will. My car is in the shop and waiting to get the repair bill, I need my car."

The sign says no mask, no service for their safety. But they don't have masks on. I say something, they put them on. Thanks dummies. You're tops. 12.35am on 8/6/20.. You guys suck. Just

Rideshare Driver says, "Parking quick to run in and get buzzed entrance to the completely nasty outdoor bathroom, I entered. Gross!!! Worse than a bankrupt trap house's 'powder' room. The drain stop was stuck shut with crud, muck, mucous, and hair. I looked underneath, to evaluate the drain open/close mechanism. It was unattached. Being that I am loyal, 'mostly', to Shell, I began repairing the sink's drain... (Completed in less than 60 seconds)... Buzz buzzzzz buzzzzzzzz buzzzzzzzzzzzzzxz Buzzz buzzz buzzzzz buzzzzz... "The audacity!!! The MF's Audacity!!! I do this guy a solid, and he is evicting me! As if, I am some crackhead that he began having Toilet Troll allowance remorse. Second guessing, tripple guessing, the buzzing began to intensify. This guy wasn't messing around. Fidgeting to quickly pee, I decided, "To heck with this!". I reversed my repair, and left the sink as it was the way I found it. I absolutely will never return. The (!tgo across the street has a wonderful, clean, INDOOR bathroom. Always welcome and no time limit. Ive been sitting for four hours... What else can I say? Morel of the story; Patience is virtue Patience brings prosperity Patience makes friends Best of luck to you. T This Shell gas station has been run into the ground. Even the yelp pics look nicer than it currently looks.

This review is for 505 N. Ashland location. I was at pump #5 on November 10, 2017 and started to fill the tank. After a couple of minutes of filling I noticed gas running down the side of me car. My tank was overfilling and I couldn't shut off the pump because the latch was stuck. The automatic shut off did not activate and now the gas was pouring onto the concrete. I called for help and the guy at the register saw me but did nothing. The latch finally shut off on its own. I went inside the gas station to inquire about the pump and see if my bill would be reduced but the cashier said there was nothing he could do since he didn't know how much spilled on the concrete. Now my car smells of gas and I am pregnant and have to inhale the fumes. My tank is overfilled which is not good for my vehicle. I was billed for the amount that spilled onto concrete. The cashier was uninterested to investigate this accident any further or take note of the broken pump. This is unacceptable and will be reported.
