Manar is a theif. He ran our card and then said it wouldn’t work. Bank showed realtime withdraw on the transaction.
He’s dishonest because he refused to give me the manager name. Does anyone know? Reporting to Shell customer service.

Manar is the goat. He is constantly keeping it a buck and providing great service. I look forward to buying Gatorade and other convenience products from Manar because he is always jovial and helpful. Big ups to Manar.

Hands down the worst shell in Chicago. Buddy is blatantly rude. The last time I was there he over charged me on a purchase. When I called him out for it his response was "yeah, you live in Chicago" and he just shrugged it off. 0/5.

The man that works at night hassles people. He's rude, mean, disrespectful and rushes you. He has no patience for patrons. I rather go to other nearby Shell stations instead of dealing with HORRIBLE customer service.

Had to use the washroom. It's on the outside and you needed a key and it was raining. Was kinda sad about that. Must say it was a very clean bathroom.

Great friendly staff always and competitive gas prices. Shell is always my top choice in gas stations in Chicago because of their abundance, rewards, and prices!
