Pump didn't work. I went inside. I was informed that their computer system wasn't working unless I want to wait 15 minutes, and I could try paying at the pump.
I didn't want to wait, but gave them a heads up that it wasn't working at the pump either. I suppose I was unnecessarily trying to be helpful. I didn't expect the sarcastic response of "it was working, and now it's not working, and that's the situation" in an annoyed and aggressive tone like speaking with someone who doesn't understand. Guy sounded offended. Certainly isn't getting paid or trained to be polite, that much is obvious. Possibly the opposite. The lady who worked there was nice, though. I am all too happy to never go there again and actively dissuade anyone and everyone else from doing so, as well. That's the situation.

I walked inside to pay for gas and the entire Circle store smelled like cigarettes and piss. Associate was on his phone while handling customers at the register. Totally unprofessional.

The gas station is nice, very well stocked to be super busy as it is. The prices are great. The service could be improved. I didn't like the bit of attitude display because I did not understand and respond as quickly as they thought to their sassy lingo. They need to be more patient and use regular English with understanding that everyone does not understand the sassy lingo all the time. In other words, be more professional.

it 05:06 today check the camera a person named kay cashier while transaction gave a band fave expression as if she does not want to take any transaction and disrecpected. I request the owner to take action and keep proper employes.

Honestly decent. It's not sketchy which is a huge plus in the city. Can't say the same about most. Went at 10pm on a snowy Wednesday and it was populated. Nothing too busy though. I am removing one star because it was the slowest pump I've EVER used in my life. Even using the fastest pump setting. Another star removed because it took multiple tries to accept payment and I couldn't even use tap. Stay away if you're planning on using Apple Pay. Anyways, not bad in a pinch, not the best.

The guard followed me around the store as I had headphones on to tell ne I have to leave my bag at the front right by the door. I assume this is to prevent people from stealing but if they’re that worried about it I would feel much better having my bag with my wallet in it on me rather than right where people enter.

This station is disgusting. Security started to argue and yelling at me and my friends. As a customer, we deserve respect but security’s attitude was terrible. He needs to change asap.
